  I had an incredibly disappointing experience with this company. They were recommended by my realtor and initially provided a quote for roof replacement and gutter repair. However, two weeks later—without my knowledge or consent—they contacted my insurance company to request a substantial increase in the claim. Instead of informing me directly, they told my realtor, which was shady and unprofessional. I only found out when they emailed my insurance company again, cc’d me, and falsely stated that they had a signed agreement with me—which was completely untrue, as I had never even spoken with them. When I demanded they correct this misinformation, they never did. To make matters worse, I obtained three other quotes for the same work, all of which were about 2/3 of the revised amount Washita Roofing was pushing for. When I asked what the additional money was needed for, both the owner and his wife vaguely responded with “code stuff” but couldn’t provide any clear details. The lack of transparency and questionable tactics made it impossible to trust them. I would strongly advise others to be cautious when dealing with this company. There are far more professional and honest roofing companies out there.

We believed we were acting in your best interest, but we recognize that we could have done a better job keeping you personally informed, and we apologize if that led to any confusion. Regarding the adjustments made to the claim, these were based on code upgrades and additional work to meet current standards. We always strive to provide transparency, and we regret if the explanations provided didn’t meet your expectations. When you reached out to express your frustration and let us know you no longer wanted to move forward with us, we informed the company and discontinued any further activity, as you requested. While we’re disappointed by your review, we remain committed to providing professional, honest service and will continue to improve our processes moving forward.

  I met Jake a few weeks back and I have been so impressed with his roofing knowledge. He and Stephanie are incredible at what they do. I heard Jake present today and based on his expertise, I know for certain he is the guy you want to call went you need a professional opinion about your roof. I highly recommend Washita Roofing and Construction. ✨

  We are selling our home and needed to replace the roof. Every one we dealt with at Washita Roofing from Jake to Nic to Jason to Christian was extremely responsive and very accommodating! Finished product is amazing and at a very fair price. I would highly recommend their services!

  Outstanding service through the whole process. They were very helpful in explaining the insurance claims. Nic was on-site with the insurance adjuster overseeing the damage claim. The roofing crew had a project manager to ensure the job was done well. This company is very pleasant to deal with. Highly recommended.
