  A representative from Mallard Construction & Roofing knocked on my door today, completely disregarding my clearly posted "No Solicitation" sign. It looks like they have a couple of people just sitting in a white Ford Ranger while they send a single employee to walk the street by himself, going house to house.It tells you everything you need to know about this company's integrity and work ethic. They run a lazy, organized operation that intentionally ignores homeowner boundaries just to fish for business. If they can’t even adhere to a simple sign on a door, I definitely wouldn't trust them to do actual manual labor on my roof. Disrespectful and highly unprofessional.

  I had a roof installed which went fine. I needed the house painted. So President's Day Kafur showed up at my house to paint. I did not know they were coming that day. The guy said we came by your house but your never home. I work all week. They painted the wrong side of the house. They painted the front door but when they took the tape around the frame the paint came off. Dustin and Shane both said they would take care of these. Not done. I also had window screens to be repaired and Shane said he would get this taken care of. Not done. This has been a year since the hail storm. I had two houses that I had repaired. My Dad's and mine. I still owe $11,000 for my Dad's house. He died last year. Communication with your customers is not a strong point and needs improvement.

  Mallard Construction and Roofing did an excellent job replacing my roof. The whole process was smooth and stress-free from start to finish. The crew showed up on time, worked hard, and cleaned up everything when they were done. It’s not easy finding a company you can trust, but Mallard really came through. The roof looks great, and I can honestly say they’re the best roofer in Oklahoma. I’d recommend them to anyone who needs a roof replacement done right.
