  Just pulled up to home Depot and parked, then this truck pulls up inches from my door, so close that I can't even open my door. So I went ahead moved since he was taking up 4 parking spaces and refused to acknowledge me when I talked to him. Wouldn't hurt to be more aware of your surroundings.

  Update: I saw Scissortail Roofing’s response and want to clarify few key points This absolutely should fall under workmanship issue and should be covered by warranty, or at the very least, addressed properly. No other contractor has touched the roof since we moved in. Scissortail was the last company to be on it, we moved in and had the first leak and hail storms (it held up fine against the hail). Your team came out to inspect it, said NOTHING was wrong. Suggesting another provider caused the issue is simply false Over ten independent roofers have inspected it. Every one pointed to poor workmanship & missing materials. You claim your install photos show underlayment, ice and water shield, and step flashing, but Chris from your own team admitted on record that step flashing was missing in key areas. I have video proof The screw (one problem of many you caused) mentioned in your response doesn’t explain the widespread issues for improper install that were confirmed by licensed professionals Also, Chris said the roof was significantly damaged and suggested filing an insurance claim. But every other roofer disagreed. That felt like an attempt to pass responsibility I hired a different company, because I couldn’t wait while water leaked into my home. Chris told me directly your company wouldn’t help unless I rehired you and PAID again! Your public offer of a “resolution” now feels disingenuous. You had the chance to make this right, and didn’t. You cut corners and the job wasn’t done right. That’s not my opinion, that’s the consensus of independent experts, pointing out the results of Scissortail’s poor workmanship, and trying to shift blame only confirms why I will never trust or recommend your company again *Original review* If you’re considering Scissortail Roofing, I strongly urge you to reconsider.   Mr. Aldossary, We are sorry for the frustration and inconvenience you’ve experienced with your home. We take your concerns seriously and appreciate you bringing them to our attention. And thank you for your kind words about Chris, as we agree he is great. Our team performed an onsite inspection, as well as a thorough inspection of documented pictures. It sounds like there hasn't been an issue with this for over 5 years. As you likely know we recently set a record in our area for the most rain ever in April. We identified that the recent leak was caused by an issue stemming from another provider’s work, which unfortunately isn’t covered under a warranty. The pictures we have on file when the roof was installed show all of the items in place, including synthetic underlayment, ice and water shield, and step flashing. Roofs are installed very early in the new home building process, and many times other trades can damage things after we are completed. For example, Chris identified that there is a screw that has been screwed through the bottom of the brick mortar and through the flashing in the area of your leak. We’re still committed to helping you find a resolution if you choose, it just can't be done under warranty. We’d love the opportunity to discuss this further and explore how we can assist, even though the issue falls outside our original scope.   Left a huge mess and refused to clean it up. Shady, shady, shady. Their response below is typical of them; they say one thing and do another. Not about to leave my name here so they can harass me. Disregard their whitewashing below and look up their questionable history on OSCN.

  We pride ourselves in being one of the best roofing companies in the state. We have never left a job site a mess on completion, and never will. And we certainly have never refused to clean up. If you would like to provide your name, we would make sure you are taken care of, just like all of our clients are. It appears this may be a fake review considering the name and message.

  My shingles began failing in year two, and dealing with the manufacturer (IKO) was extremely frustrating — they refused to speak with me directly. Scissortail Roofing immediately stepped in and took over the communication and warranty process. They have consistently advocated for me, pushed for answers, and made sure I wasn’t left dealing with this alone.The ongoing shingle issues are not the roofer’s fault, and I’m grateful for how seriously they’ve taken my situation. Their support, follow‑through, and willingness to stand up for their customers deserve recognition. I appreciate everything they’ve done to help me through this.

  I have a MULTIFAMILY, SINGLE family property portfolio in central Oklahoma and Norman area. It’s well known that Joey Wishnuck and Matt Morgan and their awesome team of professionals have a great reputation. They are far beyond the norm for getting the best support, documentation , for insurance claims, restoration and reroofing which they did on our entire property portfolio. Matt Morgan is the absolute best at working with your insurance claim reps and the most thorough estimator, negotiator and performing the huge necessary function of an insurance claim. In giving a reference you need to understand, I have high expectations of professionalism and follow thru, I am a general contractor, have built all over Oklahoma and have been a builder of 1000’s of apartments and 100’s of custom homes and they had the expert teams to handle multiple properties in a expeditiously, fast, clean, orderly process to make sure everything had the utmost quality control and implementation, in the shortest amount of time possible. They worked hand in hand with my property manager to make sure that all residents in all properties were not inconvenienced at all and kept the job sites impeccably picked up of all material and debris. Any punch items we found that need to be looked at were easily resolved immediately. On a scale of 1-10, this company, the owners and anll employees are a 15!!!   Everything about this project went flawlessly. We got an estimate. On the day of the work, the materials were delivered, and the workmen arrived on time. They completed their work, cleaned up everything, and were finished in a very timely manner. Couldn't ask for anything more.

  They were great I had some damage in my roof from wind and a tree and some hail I had them come out and they were great marked where all the damage was and even had a guy there with the insurance inspector fo go over everything Raymon handled everything I did have to worry about a thing and the roof was installed with no hassle to me I would use them again without a second thought

  Scissortail Roofing recently replaced my mom and dad’s roof. They are both in their nineties and have been vulnerable to unscrupulous individuals in the past. Matt and his team guided them through the roof assessment and insurance phases and delivered an excellent product that will last them many, many years.
