  I was soooooo excited for these guys to do my roof after seeing so many positive reviews. I got in contact with someone, got an appointment for an estimate, wanted to be quoted out for all options of course wanting to stay cost effective. Even asked for a gutter estimate with the roof. The guy asked if they could take a few things off the roof to make the job go a lot more smooth. He was a very thorough with his questions. We were told by the guy that came out that next day we would have our estimate sent to us, because he had to wait for eagle eye pictures to upload. I waited a week before contacting them back my self after not getting my estimate or even an explanation back, asking if I could get the estimate. I received a text back just saying they won’t be able to do it because it has 3 layers of shingles? No explanation further. I have a one story home. Nothing huge. Very conflicting with all the questions and high interest when the guy was here to get it done. These guys do much bigger and I’m sure way worst jobs then a small residential home. Very disappointing. 😕.

  5 Star Roof Installation After getting estimates from several contractors, I chose Walnut Creek Metals, an Amish business from Ohio for a standing seam steel roof on my house, shop, and shed. Sales representative James was a pleasure to work with, quoted a fair price, and delivered exactly when promised. The crew arrived a little late because of an accident backup on I-70, but once they got here, they wasted no time. Within the first hour they had all three roofs stripped and protected with underlayment and ice guard. The machine that formed each standing seam panel to the exact length right on site was impressive. I've been involved in construction most of my life and even built this house, so I tend to notice shortcuts. I couldn't find a single one. The materials, workmanship, and attention to detail were flawless. Five men completed all three roofs in just one day without even stopping for lunch. Their work ethic and teamwork worth a high commendation. The crew spoke mostly Pennsylvania Dutch among themselves, so I didn't understand much beyond an occasional measurement,😆but they certainly knew their jobs. I'm extremely pleased with the finished product and would highly recommend Walnut Creek Metals to anyone considering a quality standing seam steel roof.

  As someone who's spent an entire career in the service profession, I recognize what excellent service looks like. I am extremely pleased with the service received from Walnut-Creek Metals. From the initial call with Andrew requesting a quote to replace my 2- layered shingled roof with standing seam metal roof, the price quoted, to the 8-man crew that showed up at 5:30 in the morning of the installation, the service received was exceptional. Rarely have I ever witnessed a group of men working so harmoniously together. Each one of them performed their tasks expertly and efficiently. After the installation of the roof was completed, they all made certain that everything on the ground around the worksite was cleaned up. A different crew will be replacing the gutters next week. I will never need another roof on this house again, but if I ever need to have another roof replaced elsewhere, Walnut -Creek Metals will be the only call that I would make. I highly recommend them.

  Replaced the roofing on two barns from the 1860s. The guys were here early, professional and extremely skilled working on the very old structures. Clean up was excellent. Will have them back to siding in the summer. Highly recommend.

  They showed up on time, and they were amazing, they were fast, they kept everything neat and clean. In one day they roofed a house ,a huge garage ,and a shed, and removed all shingles , and sheeted new plywood were needed. They were a well trained, and worked together seamlessly. I would highly recommend this company.
