  Jake was friendly, personable and professional when he came to give me an estimate. But when the worker came to install the roofing materials, he left it not all the way done! Required phone calls and another visit to finish the job he should have in 1st trip. Aggravating and inconvenient

  I hope you like severe leaks and banging on your ceiling at 6am when they're supposed to start hours later and never listen. This company also had their employees working 15 hour days in 100 degree weather during wildfire smoke dangers.

  Royalty was referred by Lowe's to complete my full house siding job. Met with Brian on June 23rd. He took pictures, we even discussed siding colors, board and batten style on my gable...Never received my quote/estimate. No response from calls/text message.

  Had an emergency problem with ice dams and company never got back to me and never came out to look at my property. Spoke with Kristen and sent numerous pictures for their review to get back with me. Never received a follow up. Would not trust this company.

  Tricia, as previously explained. The contract you signed clearly states that we are not replacing the flat roof. It also clearly states that we were to fix the perimeter of the flat roof 4 feet in. If you would like to discuss this further, please call the office at 330-362-4700. Thank you.

  Asked if they repaired soffit on the phone, they stated they did and had someone come out and quote us. Said they would give us a quote for new install and repair but never got a call back. Even checked in with them but they just told me they would get back to me. Never did.

  I had a free inspection performed by this company on my townhouse. I did relay to them over the phone that it's a 3-story structure, the roofer who came to do the inspection said he was never told that and did not have a big ladder to climb up to inspect it up close. I asked if he had a drone camera but he gave some weird excuse that because there hasn't been any hail this year so far he hasn't been carrying it with him. He used binoculars from the ground to inspect my roof, which did enable him to see if there were any glaring big issues (which there fortunately weren't) but this didn't provide him access to find things like nail pops or to closely inspect the ridgeline vent or the gutters. He said he did not find issues, and informed me that because it was a newer construction it's not necessary to get a yearly inspection done. This is a red flag, every bit of information I have read up on when it comes to roof inspections for maintenance has said that even if a roof is brand new or newer you should indeed get it done at least once a year. I don't think I can trust their free inspections and the advice given to me, if I were to neglect having an inspection done every year this would probably lead to small problems or imperfections being overlooked. Which of course would lead to the roof needing to be prematurely replaced, en which this company or others would make more profit on. I have already scheduled another inspection through a different company that I will be paying for and get a second opinion. I would rather spend money to have someone climb up or use a drone to inspect my roof and provide a detailed report than go off one of these "free" inspections.

  Joey and his three roofers showed up at daybreak to tear-off and replace our roof here in Canton. One of the crew was the ground guy constantly walking around the house for cleanup etc. These guys had a great system and we're driving away by 1pm. As advertised, absolutely perfect job and not one nail or bit of debris on the ground. Being in the remodeling and new construction field for over fifty years, I have to say that's the most enjoyable six hours I've had in this field just to sit across the street and watch. Thanks goes to them and Bran and Ed.

  Brian came out and looked at a leak I had in my roof. He was on time, communicated clearly and was very knowledgeable. He was able to identify the small problem causing the leak and got it fixed that same day. I would highly recommend!

  I had Christina come out for a free estimate because my roof is leaking and other companies' suggestions for fixes have not worked. Christina not only found the problem but fixed it on the spot. She is friendly, efficient and knowledgeable. I highly recommend her.
