  This was the second roof the company has done for me. Salesman was nice, but communication fell off once contract was signed. Work was done on a Friday, but I wasn’t informed that the job was complete. The dumpster was still in the driveway and 5 bundles of shingles left on the grass. Tuesday I called to inquire when work would be completed and was told it was done and they’d send someone to get the dumpster so that I could access my car. They removed the dumpster but left the bundles of 80lb shingles which I had to drag off the lawn myself (I’m 67). I called again the next day and was told the inspector would be by to retrieve them . Inspector was to run a magnet again and check the work. I had to point out a lifted shingle after his inspection which he agreed needed to be caulked down. No magnet was run. A very nice production manager called to apologize that they had taken on too many jobs. He also told me I should not have been charged 80.00 for a piece of plywood and that he would make that right. No word, since . It’s been awhile now, so I’m guessing that refund will not be coming. Very nice people, but not a great experience.

  This company relies on local subcontractors but does not adequately oversee its projects. On our job, they supplied incorrect materials and then expected us to fix the issue after installation, we called priour to installation to discuss about materials that were provided and they confirmed to use the materials. Company representatives were not present on-site to ensure the work proceeded as planned particularly when their involvement was necessary. Based on this experience, I would not recommend this company due to a lack of accountability and proper project management. They are not honest and professional. Sincerely, AL Brothers Roofing.

  Never fixed leak in roof. Paid them. Would not return payment...wont return calls

  Unfortunately, we weren't able to resolve the roof leak with our first attempted repair as opposed to the more expensive, but permanent fix, that was declined. While there was no warranty on the repair we first attempted, we did issue a check refund for the full amount due to the situation. We pride ourselves on customer relations and being a company built upon integrity, we are sorry for this negative experience!

  We had storm damage and needed estimates for roof repair/replacement. James, from Shane Fisk Roofing was a standout person from the start. He provided excellent communications, no pressure, and explanation of options. He walked us through the process from beginning to end, kept me informed on what was needed from us, vs the insurance company, and made sure we were aware of the scheduling requirements. He was great to work with, and we'd recommend James, and Shane Fisk Roofing hands down for your next project!

  James was so efficient and helpful for our home! He came on time, called before arriving and called after to tell me exactly what he found.   Caleb was very knowledgeable, he gave me n honest inspection after I had someone else tell me it needed replaced.I will be calling him back when it does need done!

  Caleb did a fantastic job from the beginning with coming out in a timely manner for a quote until the completion of the job . As a realtor , looking for a company to be timely , reasonably priced , quoting as accurately as possible, and communicating with the clients is of the utmost importance . I highly recommend !   Very happy with our new roof. Caleb did great job walking us through the process. The crew did good job at minimizing debris and any plant damage from falling materials. Great clean up after the job as well. This is the second home I’ve had Shane Fisk install new roof, would definitely recommend.

  Had wind damage to my roof back in March and Caleb has been great at helping me though the whole process and explaining everything to me and helping work with my insurance company to get my roof replaced, he and his team have made the whole thing super easy on me.
