WM Smith Roofing just completed a full re-roofing job at our 278 unit community. They did a great job, communicated well with our office and residents, and did a thorough clean-up both during and after the job. Matt was our point of contact and he was especially helpful.

Matthew was helpful start to finish. We needed both 3rd story loft roof work and wood siding repairs on a 1910 home in Port Norfolk he was able to help us with both jobs done in one. From the honest and no BS estimate that didn’t involve selling me the farm or upselling more than we honestly needed, to having one of his best guys make sure everything was done correctly and safely even with protecting the job after having to stop due to a rain storm on the first day. He was done with both jobs in a day and a half and it looked like you could never tell work was ever needed. We are beyond pleased with the work they did and would go back again for anything we can’t tackle ourselves. Don’t think twice, if you need any kind of work from roofing to siding or even interior work, give W. M. Smith a call and let them give you a true estimate and real work done right.
