  Waste of time and zero respect for what the customer actually asked for ​I contacted this company specifically for a quote to paint the soffit and fascia boards on my home. They scheduled an estimator to come out the following day at 11:00 AM. ​An hour before the scheduled appointment, they sent a message stating the owner "suggested wrapping the areas is better than painting" and asked to reschedule for a different day to look at wrapping instead. ​They completely disregarded my original request, canceled on short notice to upsell a completely different service, and showed no respect for my time. Unprofessional and insulting. I’ve told them not to contact me again. Look elsewhere if you want a company that actually listens to what you need.

We unfortunately needed to reschedule but as we did that we were, we were suggesting that we also give you an option on your estimate for something cost effective and low maintenance based on your needs while we were rescheduling your appointment. We do not consider giving our customers options as an upsell as it is your choice on how to proceed on your project. Again we are sorry about needing to reschedule.

  We do apologize. After looking through our emails we do not see any communication assoicated with your name. Everyday we check our emails and respond right away along with any calls that come in. Our phone lines are always open even after hours and weekends.

  ***Beware*** Contacted this contractor back in February for a home I had just purchased. They came out for the estimate. I had told them I was leaving for a business trip, and wanted to see if I could get the work done while I was away. The quote arrived after I had left, and did not contain the items as discussed. So I had to wait until I returned to get an update. Fast forward, the roofing side was prompt and professional. The original estimator never provided an updated quote. Kept getting excuse after excuse until almost 3 months later I'm told they won't be able to get to me until September even if they could get the quote updated. The issues/repairs are emergent, and now I can't seem to find another contractor because I thought they were honest and reliable based on the reviews. Would not recommend this company.

  All I can say is ensure you get a second estimate from another company before you make a decision. The estimate they gave me was obscene!

  If you had any concerns with the estimate you were giving, you should have called us to discuss the issues you had. We strive to make each customer happy and understand the estimate they are given. We are willing to work with customer on the estimate the best we can. We wish you well with the project you had us look at.

  Guys came out, started job, went for lunch and didn't come back. Several calls, no response. Job not completed, Never again. Poor management.

  The Initial quote was very straightforward. The scope of work recommended was exactly what I needed and there was no pressure to perform any unnecessary, additional work. Every member of their team was kind, polite, and professional.

  Good quality work. Amazing people that work for them. Been 7 years that I have been using them and never had any issues. I really like the fact they give different options for me to pick what works best for me. Will not use any other company for my exterior needs.

  I am very happy with the work that AWS did recently to my house. I needed to have my entire house painted (exterior) Randy and his team repaired wood, then prepped my large, historic home for painting - power washing, scraping, sanding. The painting that followed was done carefully, and there was great attention to detail. All surfaces were primed, then two top coats of the final color. The painters were here nearly 10 hours, every day for a month....it was well worth the wait. For being 116 years old, it looks like a brand new house! I knew this project was not going to be cheap, but I do feel that it was a reasonable price for the amount and type of work that had to be done. I highly recommend AWS for home repairs, painting, decks, etc...

  Outstanding service and workmanship! My deck was wood and rotted. I had them rebuild with wolf pvc planks, aluminum rail and custom hatches. Now it's super strong & looks awesome! I will use Randy and his team again!

  I have known Randy and Crystal for over 10 years. I have personally used their services and have referred them to a couple dozen of my clients. They do excellent work at a fair price and are very honest. They do roofs, siding, and even built a 2000 square foot pavilion for my friend's backyard. I loved II song family owned business and supporting my local community. I happily give them a 5 STAR review.
