Rude..I don't know if the job I had for him was small or if the owner was racist..He answered snobby & hung up after I explained what service I needed..

Tried saying he mismeasured the day before work was to be done charging an additional 50%. Bad business practice. Stay away!

W-Lat Roofing is fantastic. I had a leak in my new roof that the original installer couldn't (or wouldn't) find. Walter diagnosed the issue immediately as a poor installation error and repaired it professionally. Great service and very knowledgeable!

I own several residential and commercial properties in the Chicagoland area. I have known and had Walter, the owner, service my roofs for over 8 years. He has always been responsive, timely and honest with all the work he has performed; large or small. Truly a hardworking and dedicated person to work with that does great work. I highly recommend him and will continue to use him for my roofing needs in the future.

Walter is very knowledgeable and an honest worker. He was very straight forward and fair with his price. After he was done, our roof looked amazing and we have had no issues. It has been about 5 years since he used him and everything has been perfect since. Very glad we went with Walter
