  Only went with this company because it was referred to me, learned my lesson to do better research. Did not like the service received from Ralph. From the start, everything was about money from the get go, tried giving me a 20 minute lecture why I should pay him cash and not check when I was doing it for my own paper trail. Our schedules weren't working to start the work but he wanted the upfront money right away without the work being started, but he made sure you know it's already his money without work being started, and he tops it off with name calling because he can't control himself. Thank you Lukasz for stepping in because I did not want to deal with Ralph anymore, get a hold of Lukasz, easy to work with, definitely makes the business feel like customer comes first.

  Rafal and his team were so great to work with. He was thorough, professional and took the time to explain all of the options and process. The work took one normal working say, they cleaned up the property and debris so nice! Very happy.

  I couldn’t be happier with my experience! I was extremely nervous about replacing my roof because it had to be done immediately, right at the beginning of spring when all of my peonies, hydrangeas, and other flowers were just starting to bloom. Protecting my home and landscaping was one of my biggest priorities. I also didn’t want a long project and their team worked hard to get it done quickly and efficiently. Rafal, Lukasz, and their entire team went above and beyond. Before they even started, they carefully covered and protected all of my landscaping to make sure nothing was damaged during the project. They treated my yard with the same care and attention they gave my home, and when the job was finished, every flower and plant was intact. The roof looks amazing, the workmanship was excellent, and the crew was professional, efficient, and respectful from start to finish. It’s rare to find a company that takes such pride in both their craftsmanship and the little details that matter to homeowners. Rafal checked in with me multiple times to ensure everything is up to standards. Amazing customer service. I have had multiple people ask me for the color and shingles Rafal installed. Thanks to his recommendation, my house looks amazing. High quality and simply beautiful.   This is our second time working with Lukas and we continue to be very happy with his services from timing to quality to his communication. He is responsive and strives to keep his clients happy.   A+Quality Home Improvement are the people you should call when you need a new roof, gutters, soffit, fascia, etal. They are the best! They will help you work with your insurance company, when your roof is damaged. They are very professional and courteous. Their workers take great care to protect your landscaping, shrubs, plants, AC unit, etc. They cover everything. They are respectful of your neighbor's property. When the job is done, your property is completely clean of any debris. And, their pricing is extremely reasonable. We are proud of the work that A+Quality did for us. Oh, and they installed a solar attic exhaust fan. Saving us the cost of electricity.
