The roof, soffit, fascia and gutters themselves look good. The materials look great and installation looks excellent. The problems I have are two-fold. First, I told Tom that I had new windows installed the day before. During the initial tearoff, shingle granules, as you can imagine, we're flying everywhere. Well, they found themselves embedded in the caulk around all my new windows. It is ugly. In addition, during the hiring process, I talked to Tom about my concerns regarding the condition of the old gutters and the likelihood that each of the clay drains could be clogged. I asked him to make sure they were free and clear. He said he would but it wasn't done. We did one after I showed up and asked but the other 4 were apparently not checked. I'll have to hire a plumber to check them now. I also asked for 1 additional gutter to be added and I specifically mentioned it would have to be below grade like all the others. Well, I wound up with a 4 foot long above ground extension that rests just before a walkway. The problem is that walkway drains water back towards the foundation. Hence, the need for a clay subgrade gutters drain. So, good material and excellent workmanship but poor execution of all the fine details of the job.

Home Pros Roofing and Construction has been nothing short of amazing. We have used them twice due to storm damage. They are very responsive, came out quickly to assess the damage, and provided a quote even quicker. Their prices can’t be beat and the quality of the work is impeccable. You can tell they take great pride in their craftsmanship. I will continue to use Home Pros Roofing and Construction for any needs around our home and highly recommend them to all of you as well.

I recently had my roof replaced and couldn’t be happier with the experience. From the very beginning, the roofer was professional, responsive, and transparent about the entire process. They took the time to explain my options, provided a fair and detailed estimate, and answered all of my questions without any pressure. The crew showed up on time, worked efficiently, and kept the work area clean throughout the project. It was clear they took pride in their work—the attention to detail and quality of craftsmanship really stood out. The job was completed on schedule, and the final result looks fantastic.
