VM Toiture

The only one or two-star review we hold for VM Toiture.

Not insured for elastomeric membrane installation. Tried to avoid the subject of insurance, then tried to make us believe he was insured, then admitted he wasn't. Major honesty issue. --- Added in response to the message below: photo of the insurance policy provided by V-M Roofing and Sheathing, confirming that this is indeed the company we dealt with, and indicating that their insurance policy covers ONLY the installation of asphalt shingles, and not the installation of elastomeric membranes.

VM Toiture installed our cathedral ceiling roof in 2018. The work was extraordinary, and in 2026, following a storm, a section needed repair. At my request and under warranty, this was fixed immediately. Top-notch staff and workmanship 👍

Roof snow removal and ice removal service. Overall, good service and very nice staff. The less pleasant part is that they came for a quote and they arrived with 4 people, ready to do the job. Caught in a bind, I said yes. In the end, the job is 2/3 done (still some ice removal to do). All in all, around a hundred dollars.
