  Dozens of shingle nails were found in the driveway entrance. I was very lucky not to get one stuck in my foot. Same for my child. Update: A year later and I'm still finding them.

  Absolutely avoid this company: Do not trust this company. The salesperson completely forgot about me for three weeks. He then called me back and promised a quote within 24 to 48 hours... but never responded again. I tried contacting him, but he stopped answering my calls. To make amends, the company president called me and promised a $10,000 discount on a future roof. I happen to have a roof that needs replacing in Repentigny. I mentioned the competition's prices and reminded him of the $10,000 discount promise... and then, just like the salesperson, he completely stopped responding to my messages. A real waste of time. Stay away from this company.

  They didn't show up even though we had two appointments for a quote. Really poor service. We waited and no one called us.

  First off, Mathieu Dery came to give me an initial quote and he was very thorough inspecting my existing shingles/roof (as opposed to other companies that came before) and was generous of his time to explain how the work would play out and answered all my questions. Martin and his crew then showed up just a couple days ago and he and his team got the job done in just a few hours including my shed. Very friendly and efficient crew and Martin even took the time to show me the progress before they were done. They were very respectful with protecting my lawn, deck and other areas surrounding my home. And after they left, it's almost like they were never there. I believe the majority of their clientele are larger buildings & roofs so the fact that they were able to squeeze in my small 1000 sq ft roof in a morning speaks volumes in their dedication and professionalism. Un gros merci a Mathieu, Martin et les gars chez Toitures Impex!

  I had an excellent experience from start to finish. I first contacted them late last year for a repair, and they responded within two hours, which was very impressive. They returned this spring to complete the job, and everything was handled perfectly. From start to finish, everything went perfectly: quick communication, professional service, and a clean and well-organized worksite. I really appreciated their availability to answer all my questions. They also recommended another company for decontaminating my roof, and they too provided impeccable service. I highly recommend them.
