Had an appointment. Confirmed multiple times. No show. No call. I have 14 windows, 3 sliders and 4 standard doors. Probably a 30k job. I will not use this company. I can’t imagine what the service would be like after they couldn’t give me the courtesy to call other than an AI response.

Well i had 15 different estimates and all were very high and by speaking to all of them i found they were non professional and pushing me to sign the contract today. Thank God i met Franco (vista Guard ) his estimate was very good and the work they did is awesome. His workers were very professional and did amazing job cleaned the area after they finished. I hired many people over the years but these guys are the beat #1 in my list. I highly recommends if someone is looking for excellent work.

I had an excellent experience with VistaGuard Windows and Roofing from start to finish. The entire process of purchasing and installing my impact windows and doors was smooth, professional, and stress-free. The team was extremely knowledgeable, punctual, and respectful of my home. They took the time to explain every detail, answered all my questions, and made sure everything was done correctly. The quality of the products is outstanding, and the installation was completed with great attention to detail. I highly recommend this company to anyone looking for high-quality impact windows and doors. They exceeded my expectations, and I would gladly choose them again for future projects.

Really helpful project managers espcially Aarón who explained us clearly what category 5 protection is about and makes decision much easier honestly!

Their impact windows would be Miami-Dade required G5 protection that was above the area's local requirements, and Aarón carefully reviewed the benefits of achieving higher ratings with financing that made a superior level of protection accessible to keep our family safe.

I love my new hurricane impact windows. Franco made the process easy as he did all the footwork from contacting the HOA and getting the permit. The installation went very smoothly and the results are amazing! The crew were very professional, efficient, and proficient. I highly recommend VistaGuard Windows to those who are looking to improve their home with new windows.
