I recently had the pleasure of working with USA HOME IMPROVEMENT for a roof replacement on my home, and I couldn't be more impressed with their service. From the initial consultation to the final cleanup, the entire team was professional, friendly, and efficient. The manager GIL took the time to explain the entire process in detail, answering all of my questions and providing helpful recommendations. They were transparent about pricing and even gave me a few options that fit within my budget. The crew arrived on time and worked tirelessly to get the job done right. They were courteous and took extra care to protect my landscaping and property. The quality of the materials used was top-notch, and they ensured everything was installed to meet the highest standards. What truly stood out was the post-installation follow-up. They made sure I was satisfied with the job and even gave me maintenance tips to keep my roof in excellent condition. I highly recommend USA HOME IMPROVEMENT to anyone in need of roofing services. Their professionalism, expertise, and commitment to customer satisfaction are unparalleled!
