I went into contract with them for a Patio on December 2023, and it was September 2024 they claim that they were still unable to get a permit from the city which was the reasons why they never updated me and I was the one calling every time and waiting a few days to finally hear back. They sent a guy name Elon to take measurements and took a $5,000 deposit from me, which I regret ever doing. now February 2025 I never hear from anyone and I was somewhat forced to to sign a cancellation form on Sep due to the lack of following up with the city on the permit and was told they would only refund me $1600 because they feel like they had to get it aid for the plan they made that was never even provided to me regardless if they did the job or not. They are scammers stay away from them. I will also report the to Better Business Bureau. Beware of my warning run away. There is a guy name Rudy who is supposed to refund me my money since September 2024 and the never happened.

Worst service ever. They never came back to finish the job. Even though 95% of the estimate was paid. What they did finished had major flaws. After many calls with no answer, I found another company to finish the job.
