I got a new roof put on for over $22,000. Then a portion of my gutters came undone. I was told by the owner Lynn that I shouldn’t expect the work to last for 10 months. However, she did agree to repair their faulty work for around about $689.00. I don’t think that will work for me. I really thought this was an honorable company but they are not. They go out their way to get your business but they don’t uphold their quote that “we will take care of you” with their maintenance.

Poor work habits and trash left in the yard. Would not come back to finish the job.

Hey Shawn, we have looked into your review and we do not have any record of ever completing work for you. We do believe you may have us confused with VIP Roofing (Pablo Melendez), this is VIP Alabama Roofing (Lynne Defrance). I am so sorry that you had a bad experience, we would love to get you taken care of for any future roofing needs. We would appreciate if you delete the review, and complete it under the correct roofing company.

VIP was so easy to work with and pricing was very reasonable. They responded promptly, and once I decided to move forward with a full roof replacement, they responded immediately. I would definitely recommend them! They are certainly on my go-to list for roof replacement or repairs.

August 25th, 2024 We just used VIP Alabama Roofing to paint our home after having them roof our home this summer. Our home definitely needed help. I'm not sure when it was last painted as we've been here about 25 years. The house looks awesome. It so nice to see a 1964 house come back to life. There clean up was impeccable too! They deserve a perfect 10! ---‐------------------------------- Summer 2024 Ask my kids I'm brutally honest in reviews. Yet, words won't describe how incredibly satisfied I am with VIP Alabama Roofing. I highly recommend both Lynn and Emily. When I called or asked questions they were prompt with responses and I loved how they informed us of every detail. Lynn took so much time to help me understand every detail. The technical part was covered and their way of dealing with customers was impeccable. The workmanship was awesome. The guys were all professional, with positive energy. No one spoke curse words in English or Spanish and they left the yard cleaner than they found it. Their work ethic should be rewarded and acknowledged as you seldom see that in today's world. The estimate was fair and honest and nothing was left out. We selected VIP Alabama Roofing after speaking with Lynn, even before other estimates came in. She was open and friendly and made it easy to understand the roofing process. As other estimates came in AFTER we had chosen VIP Alabama Roofing, it was then that we realized just how honest and fair Lynn was with us. The work was performed at the highest quality. We we are more than satisfied. Our roof was not covered by insurance and Lynn was also helpful in helping us from every angle to make sure that we got the roof that we needed so desperately. I understand now why so many on my neighborhood Facebook group recommended her company. They are incredible! Thank-you for everything! 💕💕💕
