  Dear Ben, Thank you for letting us come back out within 2 hours of your review. I, Shane Mulkey, the owner of Vinyltech, personally came back out in the rain to look at the issues that needed to be addressed. I agree that we need to drop the gutters half an inch on the left side of your home, as they are a little high with the leaf guards installed. This is allowing water to run behind the drip edge in one location. I asked for the opportunity to rectify this issues which will require us to change a piece of wood soffit and painting it along with re pitching the gutters. You informed me that you would not like for us to fix the issues but rather hire new company to address it. Although I find this unnecessary, I offered to reimburse you the cost as long as the price is reasonable. Concerning the down spot that was not installed, you had sent us a message stating that your wife did not want Vinyltech to install one in the front of your home. This request was non concerning due to personal preference of how a homeowner would like the esthetic of their curb side appeal. Per our standard practices we state that if you are experiencing issues with any work competed by Vinyltech that we will be back to fix your concern. Addressing the roof leak, I would like to state that it is leaking in one spot on the exterior of the home because the gutters/leaf guard needs to be dropped half an inch.   Unfortunately, I can't leave a review regarding their service because I received none. I left 5 messages over the course of 3 weeks and the only time someone got back to me, he cancelled at the last minute.

  This contractor was extremely unprofessional. They told me they would do the job “next week” for three months. I had to threaten to involving the police in order to get a refund on my payment. No work was ever performed. Go elsewhere as there are better companies in the city that will communicate with honesty and integrity.

  I've been losing sleep over the fact that my parents roof leaks. After going into the attic to look I've found multiple boards that should have been replaced when the roof was redone but were not. The chimney was soaked after a storm and several boards around it were already turning black from moisture.

  I can't recommend Vinyltech enough. They were communicative, prompt and punctual, and the work they did (residing my shed, which had been damaged during hurricane ida) was impeccable. Looks great, watertight, and they installed new windows at my request as well. They will be my go-to for roofing and siding from now on. 10/10

  James with vinyltech led the team that transformed my house with a new roof, new stucco, new siding and gutters. We love the transformation and appreciate the care James showed in making sure we had everything we wanted and on time!!

  We had several tornado damage projects, a large carport, shed, siding and three windows replaced. These were completed by an excellent worker Remi. I can not give this man enough praise for the outstanding job he did. He was professional a very hard worker, on time. Now we're going to have Remi complete the roof damage. Thank you Remi.....!

  We recently had Vinyltech Roofing complete two different projects for us. We had Monty as our project manager on the first one, which was enclosing our screened in back porch. We were very happy with the finished project. Monty was always available to answer any questions we had & was extremely respectful of our time & budget. The most recent project completed was adding an A-frame canopy over our poured cement slab. Jacob was our project manager & with the assistance of Remy, our project turned out better than expected! They were willing to accommodate any changes we wanted to make, & Jacob kept us informed of the process & timing. We've recommended your company to neighbors who have already scheduled Vinyltech to build a similar canopy. We are extremely happy with the results of both projects & would highly recommend reaching out to them for a free estimate.

  From quote to installation, to the finish product, Remi was a pleasure to work with. He explained everything in detail, and was very knowledgeable about the vinyl roof product, codes, installation and construction. He offered a great price, and was great at staying in touch through the process. His crew was efficient, clean and a pleasure to work with. My new roof was installed quickly, and I am beyond satisfied with the job.

  Great company for new work, but won't respond to my emails or calls for repairs. I've called three times with leak repair requests in the past few weeks, and no one ever gets back to me. Currently looking for another company to repair the leaks in my patio cover.

  Vinyl tech did a super job replacing my carport and lanai roof. I can' say enough about Chris. I'm sure I drove him crazy with work order changes, but he answered every text or call I made on the same day---sometimes within minutes. He was very patient, and a pleasure to do business with.

  I am very impressed with this company! Dave Cloyd was very professional and extremely helpful in getting all of my repairs figured out and I was given a comparable price. I needed a lot of repairs after Hurricane Milton, and VinylTech was the only company that could handle all of the damages. I really liked having one contractor do it all, and Dave was great to work with. Omar, and his guys, were very hardworking and extremely kind and did a fantastic job with the siding and other repairs. I would recommend Omar to anyone since it seems he can repair anything, and was so very nice. I’m very glad I hired VinylTech to repair all of my damage!

  James Clesi was extremely communicative and quick to respond! Our windows were damaged in an accident, and once the windows arrived his team was able to install them quickly, efficiently and left no mess! Would absolutely call James next time we need windows done!
