  These guys are extremely unresponsive and provide poor customer service, especially Dennis in the front office. It took over a month with them sending two guys and probably eight phone calls by me to the office due to a leak in my ceiling. The first guy couldn’t figure out the problem and of course they didn’t call me to tell me that it took me calling them. The second guy came by and maybe was more knowledgeable but said that it was a problem in a window rather than the roof. Now over a month with no resolution and I’m back to the drawing board with how to fix the problem. Dennis gives an attitude as if I’m bothering him trying to get my roof fixed.

  Mr. Sharven, I do apologize for the delay you experienced. We have never worked on your roof, but I am glad we found your issue and that it wasn’t roof related. We have been greatly impacted by the Covid-19 pandemic in the last 4 weeks. For the safety of others, we have had to self quarantine 3 of our crews for over 14 days, we had every employee tested for Covid-19, as well as have had 2 significant rain events, including a tropical storm which generated over 400 leak tickets. We have sent two crews out to your house with the only goal of trying to locate your water intrusion. I am glad your issues are not roof related. We had no intentions of charging you for this investigation, we only wanted to help you. The last thing I want to do is sell someone repairs that aren't needed. As I explained on the phone before sending out the 2nd crew, I know you have other roof issues, but we felt that the leaks you had were related to the rotten wood and glasing on your window. In order to give you the best service, I wanted to send a second crew out to your house to verify what work is needed. I know in the past another company has been paid to perform roof repairs in this exact area. We believe the next dollars spent should be with a carpenter, as those repairs are currently the most obvious. Again, I am very sorry for the delay and being short handed right now. I did feel we were giving you good service, I just wish we had more people available and could have gotten you answers faster.

  A new roof sounds like a daunting undertaking as a homeowner, but the Guaranty Sheet Metal team made it easy. This was hands down the best contractor experience I’ve ever had; their entire team was organized, professional and meticulous. I cannot recommend Guaranty enough.

  Super job. Guaranty installed our beautiful and unique copper gutters and downspouts on our mid century modern home a year so ago. So happy with their work. I just needed a repair on one of the downspouts recently and Josh did a great job with the fix.

  This is your roofing team! Our roof received terrible damage during Hurricane Ida, the team at Guaranty Sheet Metal worked with us for literally years to get through all of the insurance claim issues and finally we received the green light to proceed. Our roof was a challenge because of the historic tile and Guaranty did a beautiful job. the team on-site was wonderful, cleaned up every day, were very respectful and were really wonderful to work with. They completely replaced our roof, and did an incredible job, very focused on the details. We knew we were in good hands the entire time. They seem to really love what they do in restoring these old historic roofs. I am sleeping much better knowing that the roof is no longer leaking! I highly recommend them for any roofing needs you may have.

  Lonnie – What can I say but thank you. I was introduced to you by our friend and neighbor Dr. Richard Abda. When my “regular roofer” told me “you’re on your own”, when no other roofer would accept this small job ….. wanting instead the BIG IDA REPLACEMENTS, you guys did accept this work. Professional, courteous and now upon receipt of your invoice, I must add very reasonable.   Our family has used Guaranty for years. After Hurricane Ida, when water was leaking into the house, I called again, and Guaranty did not disappoint. True to form, the staff was timely, courteous, efficient, and professional. With many people needing help after the storm, Guaranty's service is all the more impressive. I have a beautiful new roof, and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them again ... strongly; in fact, I already have made several referrals. Thanks Guaranty Sheet Metal !

  Excellent experience throughout! Working with contractors can be scary, you just never know if the guys doing the work are going to do a good job, but I can tell you without any hesitation that Gauranty should be your roofing contractor. The inspector was knowledgeable, and was happy to share with me everything he saw upon inspecting two areas of my roof that were leaking. The estimate was clear, concise, and covered everything that was discussed in the inspection. The work crew was on time, worked efficiently, and went above and beyond the work scope where necessary. Afterwards, they cleaned up the site meticulously, and the billing was exactly as discussed. You will not find a better family owned roofing contractor in the metro area.

  Guaranty Sheet Metal Works has done my home and office roofing and gutter work for over 40 years. They do excellent work and are there when you need them to repair damage that sometimes occurs. Quality materials and experience over generations of family run and owned business.
