We are a family-owned business based in Savannah, Georgia, not a franchise and we only operate within the state of Georgia. We do not engage in door-to-door sales under any circumstances. In fact, our owner strictly prohibits this practice. The behavior described here does not align with our company values or operations and appears to involve a different business.   I highly recommend Victory Roofing! Randy came out and provided a free quote, and I really appreciated that there was absolutely no pressure. I was able to take my time and reach back out when I was ready to move forward. From start to finish, everyone was very nice, professional, and easy to work with. They did an exceptional job on my roof and Erica kept me updated on the process. They also did a great job cleaning up afterward, which I really appreciated. I had a great experience and am very pleased with the work. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable and professional roofing company!

  The estimate was quick and very reasonable. Did not try to up sale me on needing a new roof. Appreciated the honesty. The repairs were done in a timely manner. Will definitely be using them in the future if needed.

  Victory came through for me when even the roofer who installed my 5 year old roof wanted to charge me a ridiculous amount of money for a small repair. I am going through the process of closing on the sale of my home and the inspector found a 2 foot section of a ridge cap that had either not been completed, or had blown off. My initial thought after the inspector shared his findings was that this would be no big deal. What I instead dealt with was 2 different roofers giving me an assortment of issues including avoidance of calls, being spoke down to, and high estimates for a repair that took less than an hour of time. My realtor gave me Victory’s phone number and they were wonderful! Erica was out to give me an estimate the next day, price was reasonable, THEY ANSWERED me when I had follow up questions, and work was completed quickly. It is hard to find people that will give you respect when the mentality is that the price isn’t worth their time. Knowing you are not considered a priority opposed to the amount of money they could make on bigger jobs - even when you WERE the big paycheck in the past. Victory did a great job of making me feel like a person instead of a dollar sign. I would definitely recommend.

  We had another outstanding experience with Victory Roofing! The entire process from start to finish was easy to navigate due to the responsiveness of Erica and the team. From the first phone call to the last thank you, Victory Roofing was on point and professional. They delivered what was promised, showed up on time and executed the entire roof replacement with quality products that exceeded our expectations. We were continually updated during the actual installation of the roof and the crew was so careful with protecting our landscaping and ensuing cleanup.
