  Won’t return my phone calls. Won’t finish the work. Took the first insurance check and hasn’t completed all the work.

  This is incorrect. The deposit that you put down for us to reconstruct your roof from tree , re-deck it and then re-roof, is not enough to cover the cost. We told you that when we signed the contract and we are currently at a standstill because of the age of your siding and in negotiations with the insurance company . We are currently supplementing with the insurance company. Your information is incorrect and should be removed.

Contractors beware of customers like this. This customer expected me to conduct the interior repair on his home without paying his deductible.

  I normally don’t leave reviews or comments about companies, but I feel it’s important to share my experience to help others avoid what I went through. During Storm Helena, it was one of the most terrifying times of our lives. Many people came to help our town, and I wanted to stay local to avoid potential scams. Unfortunately, I ended up being scammed by this company. There were so many red flags, but my husband dismissed them all. The first issue was when the contractor asked to know how much my insurance was paying for the roof. At the time, I didn’t know the process, but now working in the field, I realize how manipulative this was. He also offered to help me with another project and charge my insurance to be the project manager. The workers he subcontracted to my job raised serious concerns. Half of them smelled of alcohol, and they used my electricity without asking—just microwaving food and running power sources. I didn’t mind, but the lack of professionalism was troubling. The contractor never checked on the work being done, only coming by to pick up leftover materials. The contractor did amazing job, how a walking hazard. He also offered to oversee repairs to the damage on my property, but I declined when he stopped returning my phone calls. To this day, I still don’t have any paperwork for the warranty on my roof. If you want unprofessionalism at its worst, I would not recommend this company. Please be cautious and do your research before making any decisions. Tommy I know you read reviews. You have the potential to be great company.

Spartan Pro Roofing went above and beyond during the insurance and construction process to ensure that you received the best possible care. To receive a one-star review after saving you over $40,000 is very disheartening, especially considering that we rebuilt many areas on your roof at no cost to you but as a supplement to the insurance company. We deeply regret any miscommunication surrounding the insurance claim process and the subsequent payment issues that arose. Our contracts are CRYSTAL CLEAR. We do know that you reviewed the contract in-depth, asked me multiple questions, took two days to go over all content and agreed to all terms and conditions, even going, as far as to mention that you had been taking advantage of by other contractors, and that because you were an accountant, you were very detailed. Despite the clear terms outlined in our contract, we(Spartan Roofing) encountered difficulties in receiving the full payment owed, which led us to reach a settlement to ensure that Spartan Pro Roofing received partial payment and payment wasn’t delayed further. Our goal has always been to provide transparent and accurate information to our customers throughout every phase of the project. Unfortunately, an issue with system integration affected the invoicing process, causing unintended complications. However, the customer has received their invoice. Message to the Homeowners If you are looking at the paperwork and you think it’s a lot of money, don’t let the numbers fool you. If you had a good experience with your contractor, if you’re happy with the work, if the contractor did everything they said they would(or WAAAAYYY MORE😜), then be on your contractors side.   I have been thinking about this experience with Spartan Pro Roofing every since I excepted the contract with them and it has been amazing to have a company that has been honest and very transparent with me from the very beginning even to this present time.

  Spartan Roofing was a phenomenal choice for our home project in Grovetown, Georgia! We originally called them for a small roof leak, and they responded quickly to inspect our roof. Their expert team identified that the damage was actually caused by last year’s hurricane. From start to finish, Spartan Roofing handled everything — they helped us file our insurance claim, attended the inspection, and even submitted supplemental reports to ensure the repairs were done correctly and at a fair cost. Thanks to their thorough work, we received a full roof replacement, siding repairs, and exterior painting. Every crew that came out was professional, clean, and efficient. The communication throughout the process was outstanding. They explained every step clearly and worked directly with our insurance company, making the experience completely stress-free.   I’ve worked with Tommy on three separate roof jobs. They were all done fast and look great. I have had no issues whatsoever with the jobs done. The pricing is good and the work is great. I just contracted them to do another roof for me. If you need a roof call Spartan. You won’t be disappointed.

The payment they’ve provided so far is not sufficient to cover the completed work, leaving the project at risk of being unfinished. As you know, you and I both met in person when USAA sent an unqualified representative to assess the damage and the scope of repairs. Their estimate failed to account for the full extent of the work required, and despite clear evidence, they have not acted in good faith toward you as the policyholder or toward Spartan Pro Roofing as the contractor. We remain committed to standing by you until the estimate is finalized and the fair payment is issued, ensuring your home is restored properly. Additionally, please understand that if a Certificate of Completion is issued prior to finalizing the claim, it eliminates any further recourse for adjustments. For this reason, until USAA makes the necessary changes and corrections to their estimate, a Certificate of Completion cannot and will not be provided.

  After Hurricane Helene, our roof was in need of complete replacement. Tom with Spartan Pro Roofing had us covered and was quick to get the job. Better shingles on the roof now. (He also did several other roofs in my neighborhood in the last couple years and they had no damage from the hurricane) Highly recommend!

  After the hurricane, I called 3 roofing companies, 2 of which did not answer. Tommy, with Spartan Roofing answered right away and even came to my house to evaluate the damage the same day! He met my USAA home insurance adjuster, they both went onto the roof and examined the damage together. Tommy made sure to point out areas of concern other than the obvious missing shingles, including loose shingles, missing gutter guards, damaged gutters, etc. Ended up with a total roof replacement that included a FREE UPGRADE from 3 tab shingles to architectural shingles and from vent boxes to ridge vents!! I had to pay nothing out of pocket and the roof was completed in 1 and a half days. Tommy’s roofing crew was very fast and did an excellent cleanup job afterwards! Tommy is an Army Veteran too! 🇺🇸 Highly recommend Spartan Roofing for all roofing needs!
