Professional crew and especially Micael. Micael was extremely helpful in explaining what the crew was doing & when the job would be completed. He took pictures of everything for me to see. Excellent work.

Thank you so much for taking the time to share such a detailed and thoughtful review. Navigating a complex insurance claim—especially after working with multiple roofers and a tough carrier—is stressful, and it means a lot that you trusted Nick and the Vertical Solutions team to step in and see it through. We’re thrilled to hear that Nick’s communication, transparency, and follow-through helped make the process clearer and less overwhelming, and that our team was able to advocate for a full roof replacement rather than a simple repair. That’s exactly the level of service and support we strive to provide for every homeowner we work with. We’ll make sure Nick and our team sees your kind words. If you ever need anything in the future—questions, maintenance, or just a second opinion—we’re here for you!

This was my first time getting a new roof and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Nick was super patient with us and really took the time to explain every step during the entire process. Not only did he walk us through the process and ensure we knew what was going on he took the time to actually learn what we wanted and how to best accomplish that. The day the old roof was removed and the new roof was installed was amazing. Nick sent us picture updates the entire time and made sure his team cleaned up our yard entirely. I couldn’t recommend Vertical Solutions more and especially Nick.

Mike Lax was our project manager and he did a superb job navigating the insurance claim and independent appraisal that made the day. They replaced the entire roof and cut no corners doing so. We are extremely pleased with Mike and his team.
