  The owner David Hanna has taken my money and vanished. It has been 6 months since I paid over 20k. He and his crew will not answer or call back. He is a scammer and you need to avoid his businesses. I am working on legal action, but beware of this liar. The owner replied saying no contract which is a not true. The owner David Hanna has spoken with me and told me how he spent my money and "owes me a roof" along with a couple other people. Now a couple months more have gone by and he will not answer or call back. His reply on reviews says call number on website, which is not active. Beware!!

  Received an unsolicited SPAM call from their "call center." Absolutely done with companies like this, getting 5-10 calls a day is crazy. Avoid these guys, anyone that has to resort to call centers and spam calls is a problem.

  This company recently began sending unsolicited texts, cycling numbers to evade Verizon's spam filter. I did not consent to these sales leads. Please read the Reddit about Legacy's "practices." Unnecessary roof repairs contribute to increased insurance rates. A "free" roof is not free. ** 5/16/24 Update ** Gerald from LRP is at it again. Another unsolicited outreach from another number. I'm sure I'll be put on the do not call list this time.... ** 9/11/25 Update ** LRP is back spamming people. More outreach for nonsense roof inspections. What part of "do not contact" is unclear?

  Whatever these guys are doing must be illegal. Can someone with legal experience please reach out to me? I have been getting unsolicited calls and texts from these guys for weeks, and I've told their guys to stop calling, blocked their text, but like roaches they keep coming back.

  Absolutely wonderful company. They worked with my insurance company to get all the damage covered and I didn’t lift a finger. LRP is all about what’s best for the customer, they will get you the best products/materials at a reasonable price. They are professional, dependable and an all around awesome company with wonderful people. I highly recommend Legacy Roofing Pros. I wouldn’t go anywhere else!

  Ridge was an absolutely pleasure to work with. After receiving multiple quotes for a roof replacement, something felt off in my gut. I was then referred specifically to Ridge at Legacy Roofing Pro's for a 3rd and final opinion. Ridge took the time to tell me the story of Legacy, how they started and where they are today - he didn't have to do that - and while many people may not care about this - understanding a companies mission and purpose brought me immediate trust and comfort. He wanted me to know their story and why they exist before even go over my roofing needs. I really appreciate that, Ridge. With that said, this roof replacement was for a rental property that I am not always present at. Ridge took the time to video the entire process LIVE - from sending the initial proposal - to completing the roof replacement. They did an amazing job, provided true customer service, and I highly recommend them for your roofing needs in Austin, Texas and surrounding areas!

  I got ghosted! I had a great experience with getting the inspection done, but it’s a month later and I never heard back with an estimate. Even after I reached back out for an update on timeline, just no response at all.

  Legacy did a great job on our roof. Eddy Iglesias was honest, guided us through the process, made sure everything went smoothly with our insurance, and was easy to work with. They got the work done quickly, and they did it well. I’m glad we went with Legacy!

  Legacy Roofing Pros are top notch! They don’t just provide an amazing service, they also have the people and defined process to ensure a smooth experience. I originally connected with David Hanna, Co-Owner, about moving into a home with visible damage to the shingles. The next day he sent Travis Lown, Regional Sales Manager, to my home and conducted a thorough evaluation, reviewed the findings, and outlined clear next steps to initiate the insurance claim process. Let’s just say even my adjuster shared a pleasant sentiment working with Legacy Roofing Pros. After approval and authorization of repairs, they were able to replace both the roof of my home and my shed (not pictured). They did a phenomenal job evaluating their work afterwards and ensuring no mess was left behind. I absolutely love my new roof and I’m so glad I went with Legacy Roofing Pros. Huge thank you to Travis who was so polite, patient, and attentive any time I had questions throughout the process. 10/10 would recommend them to anyone looking for roofing services.

  Had already had roofing approved from my insurance and was looking for a contractor to do repairs. Talked to a couple contractors but was satisfied. Got a text from Legacy Roofing Pros. Checked them out on line then gave them a call. Mr. Hanna came out explained what they could do and the process so I decided to go with them and it was a great experience. Fast and efficient work. Very satisfied!
