  Contacted Verity due to some water intrusion during a storm. Brian (owner) called me back quickly and came out the next morning. He thoroughly investigated the entire situation (including some awkward and uncomfortable time in a cramped and very hot attic), found the root of the problem, and did the repairs necessary to eliminate it. At my request, he inspected our entire 20 year-old roof. He could have easily tried to sell me a new roof and I would have been inclined to consider it, but he noted our roof was made of high-end materials when installed 20 years ago and has held up well. He mentioned things to look out for and asked that I consider him for future work. I certainly will. Brian was a pleasure to work with and inspires trust almost instantly. The roofing community has earned its shady reputation but Brian seems intent on reversing that.

  Brian came out to provide an appraisal of our roof due to the recent hail storm. He provided an honest assessment and wasn’t trying to push a roof on us. He even patched a few nail heads for us while we were up on the roof and explained the differences between an older roof (21 yrs old) and actual hail damage. I would highly recommend him.

  A very professional man named Jeremy came by our house to give us a free roof inspection. His timing was great as I was thinking our roof was due for an update. I had never heard of Verity roofing before but after some research on reviews like this one, I felt pretty confident they would be a good company to work with, and they are local. He came back and gave us an estimate and the team at Verity worked with our insurance company to get the work going. Upon removal it was discovered our decking was in really bad shape as the roof was never ventilated properly and moisture was deteriorating the wood. The crew at Verity notified me of the issues and showed me what the problems were. They worked really hard to rebuild the roof better than it was and installed the proper ventilation. I can rest assured that my roof is in better shape than it ever was. Raul did an awesome job getting our skylights installed and trimming them out on the inside. He made sure the remotes for the electric blinds were paired and working properly. We are very happy with how our roof project turned out. I would recommend Verity to anyone on the front range.

  Jeremy came by and did a free inspection of my roof. He was so polite and honest saying I only needed some repairs which included a missing shingle that I had no idea was missing. He provided photos and explained the work and cost to do the repairs. They finished the work and were on time as scheduled. I will certainly call them again and highly recommend them to others.
