  Had a great experience meeting David for an inspection a year ago. Recently had two shingles blow off in the wind and called Rock Canyon first based on that good experience. Alex showed up and immediately said he could fix it for $300 because the 'office price' would be far higher. Said it was because the office has insurance and other bills to cover. When I balked saying I might need to check the office price - he said he would work with my budget. This rubbed me wrong. He was more concerned about how much I could pay before even looking at the roof. Contacted the office and was told various things, but to go ahead and work with this Alex guy as it would be cheaper. I fixed the roof myself with a total of three shingles and less than $20 of materials in less than ten minutes. I was told was that Rock Canyon has a $300 minimum charge for repairs. Alex told me the Rock Canyon price would be far higher than $300 and he was giving me a deal. This roof was installed three years ago and had no repairs since. This was the most minor of repairs. At this point I can't recommend.

In this case, we directed you to our subcontractor to help you save money by going directly to the installer. Since we did not install the roof initially, and it has been repaired multiple times by other installers, it unfortunately, did not qualify for our lifetime warranty. We understand that this approach may not have met your expectations, and we apologize for any confusion.   I arranged a 1:00 site visit a week ago. I waited 45 minutes with them no showing. I called to inform David that I was cancelling their visit due to the no show (undependable?). A minute later, some guy called and asked to make it tomorrow. I refused. 3 other companies have come out already so I will use one of them.

  Mr. Prouty, We are so sorry we let you down. Yes one of our project managers had an appointment with you and they messed up and missed the appointment. They have been reprimanded for this. This is not acceptable as we know that your time is valuable. We are taking steps to make sure this does not happen again in the future. We very much apologize for missing the appointment and wasting your time.

  David and his crew were very quick to get our roof done in one day. Rock Canyon was prompt with sending the bill to our insurance company so payment would be received in a timely manner. The crew did an excellent job cleaning up afterwards as well as covering our plants and deck prior to the work being stated. Highly recommend Rock Canyon Roofing.

  I worked with Dave Conley who is a rockstar. Dave was able to provide me with important information necessary to complete an insurance claim and took a lot of insurance processing burden off my shoulders. Definitely above and beyond service.

  David and Dave came to our house several times to talk us through the process. They assuaged our fears concerning the insurance kerfuffle. The work was quick and professional. They did a great job. They were careful to sweep out backyard with a magnet in order to keep our dogs safe. It was reassuring to have a local business.
