  The roof was completed in a timely matter and the gutters were replaced but they messed up the paint on our house that we had to touch up (we just had our house painted the year before). The time it took them to replace windows that they used another contractor was ridiculous. They really need an accounting department because we received different invoices there is a disconnect between them and insurance claims. Then when I posted a review on Yelp they wanted to speak with me and my husband I referred to meet but my husband did and they wanted me to change my review which I did not.

  If I worked for this company I'd be ashamed. This company uses their "coupons" to SCAM people. Here's the story, I received a coupon in the mail for $500 off. I was curious about the details of the coupon because the devil is in the details. I go to their website as directed from the mailer "for further details". On their website it states nothing about the details as they said would be there, only to "call for details". So that should have been the first red flag because they've already lied. I call them and directly ask them what the the details are and exceptions. They say ANY residential house is qualified with a complete roof replacement. That's what we wanted so we gave the go ahead. They came and replaced the roof. To be honest, I can't speak to the roof work because I'm not knowledgeable. I can say I was disappointed that they left trash in the tree, came at 9:30 at night to pick up the dumpster in our driveway (didn't tell us they were coming), left multiple nails in the DRIVEWAY, barely spoke English, and they didn't even call the city to get the final inspection done until WE hassled them weeks later to get it done. So back to the $500 off, I openly admit I waited to present the coupon because I know that unscrupulous contractors will take advantage of knowing you have a coupon and just add their coupon loss into materials or elsewhere in the invoice. Well, they weren't happy I waited (who would have thought) and said it was too late to since they already totaled up the invoice. To sum up my opinion, I would highly recommend going with someone else with integrity. Edit: Going down the reviews, I see that every time there is a bad review they say they don't see the customer's name in the database. Classic.

  Worse customer service! 3 moths of waiting, 7-9 phone calls ended up with promises to follow up. Still no response, no estimate, the last time I called the office lady made sound like it's my fault and i really need to call their estimate …

  Chris at Columbine Roofing and Exteriors delivered an outstanding experience from start to finish. His integrity and communication set him apart immediately. Before any work was proposed, Chris took the time to thoroughly inspect our roof. Chris prioritized accuracy and ethics over sales pressure. Communication before and after the installation was excellent. Every step of the process was clearly explained, timelines were honored, and follow-up was prompt and professional. On installation day, the crew was exceptional. They arrived precisely at 7:00 a.m., laid tarps around the entire property, and worked in an extremely organized and methodical manner. The team was conscientious of our home and surrounding areas, keeping everything clean and controlled throughout the project. My hat is off to Chris and his entire crew for a job exceptionally well done. I would highly recommend Columbine Roofing and Exteriors without hesitation.

  My experience with Columbine Roofing and Exteriors was better than 5 star. The work was completed on time and at the agreed price. They recommended roof vents and WOW what a difference in our upstairs temperature. They identified details that my insurance company missed and worked directly with insurance to resolve and get items covered. I would recommend them and use them again. Nici Ball
