Veirs Kluk Roofing

The only one or two-star review we hold for Veirs Kluk Roofing.

I called this company two days ago to schedule an emergency repair and was told I’d get a call back to schedule it. Nobody ever called, very disappointing especially considering the glowing reviews. EDIT: regarding the business response, I would imagine it would be more prudent to just tell a potential customer that you’re overbooked and can’t help, especially when the customer tells you it’s an EMERGENCY REPAIR; rather than say you’ll have someone call them shortly and then throw their info aside for over a week now.

Hi Kim, I'am so sorry. Honestly, this is the busiest time of the year for roofing inc. Especially, after the rain we just had. We are not ignoring you, and I have you on my list. My estimators are running around like crazy on a daily basis. I will call you when I know they can come and see you! Please be patient with us! Thank you! Carrie @ VK Roofing Inc

I appreciated the time and expertise the Veirs Kluk team took while inspecting, repairing, and installing my new roof. They appeared not to rush the process but, instead, took the time to do the work correctly. I absolutely recommend Veirs Kluk Roofing!

We had a roof leak after a recent rain. I called Veirs Kluk Roofing after being recommended from a neighbor. They came out in a timely manner and provided me with several quality options. They had a crew out to repair the roof leak and the job was completed to my satisfaction. The crew was polite and left the area clean and neat. I have already recommended them to a friend that had a much larger leak and they are also very satisfied.

Jordan and his team at Viers Kluk Roofing in Riverside came highly recommended from a personal friend of mine who is a very respected, high quality contractor. After the heavy rains this past year, we suffered significant ceiling damage and expensive repairs in the living room of our 1946 Pachappa Hill home. Jordan came in, assessed what had he had believed happened with the work done by our previous contractor, then clearly explained the options to repair. Once they started, they communicated before, during and after the job, keeping up informed during the entire process. During the project, they verified what had caused the previous leakage and used the best solution so this never happens again, showed and explaining to me, so I could see for myself. They showed up on time, were knowledgeable, courteous and very clean, sweeping up at the end of each day. The job was done much quicker than I had expected, and his crew are very knowledgeable, experienced and hard workers. I would highly recommend Viers Kluk Roofing if you want a quality job, done by honest professionals whom you can trust to do it right the first time.
