  Beware, do not hire this company. The reason we hired them was because of the reviews. Interesting thing to note, they nudge you to complete the review quickly after they finish. Fortunately, we waited and because we did, we found that the work was unfinished. Everything was great, like most reviews say, leading up to project signing and payment, they are very friendly and attentive. But after they get paid and you find the unfinished work, they will not answer calls, texts or anything. They will avoid you and when they finally do answer, they will give a repair date only to change it and after you chase them again, they will then refuse to finish the work. Denying that they would do it to begin with and still have the audacity to give you a quote. Save yourself the headache and avoid this company.

  Time and again, Roofing and More people acted as though they had the right to demand things from me that I had not agreed to, and that they had no right to insist on. For example, they tried to demand more money than what we'd agreed to – again and again – money that they didn't have any right to. They repeatedly tried to insist that I sign documents that I had never agreed to sign – as if they had every right to expect this. These documents – had I signed them – would have benefited Roofing and More, at my expense. Work done by Roofing and More that was negligent needed to be fixed. Furthermore, they repeatedly resisted making me whole after damaging my house. Repairmen they sent to fix the damages that Roofing and More had caused left terrible messes in my house, requiring me to expend huge amounts of time cleaning them up – and did painting that was so bad, much of it was in need of redoing, at my expense. They installed my roof over damaged wood that needed to be replaced, first, without even mentioning it to me. December 12, 2023: The day Roofing and More roofers began replacing my roof with a new roof – AFTER THEY HAD ALREADY STARTED TEARING OFF MY OLD ROOF – estimator/ salesman/ Project Manager Arnold Melikyan came to my house to give me what he called a “change order.” He said it was for me to sign. He told me that this would have caused me to have owed Roofing and More over $3,000 more than the price that we'd agreed to the previous October – an increase of over 10%. PLYWOOD Melikyan said – for one thing – that they were going to have to install more plywood in replacing my roof, with a new roof, than he'd realized. ALL of the dozens of other roofing companies' estimators/ salesmen, that came to my house to bid on replacing my roof, realized that they were going to have to put on this much plywood – and included the right amount of plywood for replacing the roof in the estimates they gave me.   One of worst roofing company. Do not recommend at all unless u like to be charged extra during the middle of the works. Read the other negative reviews and you will know why. Terrible roof company. They used the old sales tricks by offering way way below market estimate and push the sale in person like a time share sales, I noticed some bad reviews stating that they charged extra during the middle of the project, so I insisted to have everything in writing and have their owner do the final estimate, not surprised, owner told me that price quoted was mistaken and way too low, would let me know the new estimate in 1 day. 1 month passed after muti emails and calls, they ignored me. Stay away, don't walk, run!!!!!!!!

  Guy agreed to stop by the building and call me back to let me know if they can change the roof or not. Never heard from him again, doesn't answer the phone, no estimate, no answer, simply vanished. Do NOT recommend this company.

  This company is unethical and dishonest. Very sloppy and careless with the work. Their estimates are overpriced. I would not recommend this roofing company.

  I hired United Builders GC to replace my old 30-year 3-tab roof, which needed new plywood as well. Alejandro helped me through the whole process and had great communication from start to finish. The new 50-year roof came out great and the quality of work really shows. I’m very satisfied with the result and would definitely recommend them.
