  Ryan, thank you for the detail here. It helps us more than a general complaint would. I'm glad the inspection was useful and that the team was straight with you about the roof. The rest is not how this should have gone. You paid $675 for an emergency tarp, our contract named the flashing and the left dormer specifically, and the crew missed the flashing. Then no one called you back when you reported it. That is on us, and it's the part that bothers me most. I want to refund the $675 in full, and I'd like to hear directly about the scheduling delay and the sales experience, because both are things we're actively working to fix.   Unrelated to their services, but one of their truck drivers cut off multiple rows of traffic on 270 while getting off the exit. They should hire safer drivers.

  In June 2018 I had my roof replaced due to hailstorm damage. Unfortunately, I chose a roofer who I discovered some years later did not install the roof correctly. 6 years later (June 2024) I was experiencing roof leaks over the family room. I called Van Martin Roofing in Xenia OH. They quickly diagnosed the problem which was caused by poor roof installation from the previous roofer. Van Martin did an excellent job of correcting the problem. Then two years later in July 2026 I started experiencing more roof leaks from other areas of the house. Since I was very much impressed with the work Van Martin did in June 2024 to correct that leak, I call them again. They determined the roofer who installed the roof back in 2018 because of the hailstorm damage did not install the roof correctly. They recommended a new roof replacement. They explained my options and what they could do. I chose to have them replace the roof with new shingles. They explained in detail the work that they would do. They are very professional and I give them a 5 star rating. If you need any king of roof repair or a new roof you cannot go wrong hiring them. I could not be more satisfied.

  van martin did a new roof for me last week and did a real good job. im a plumber and did framing in my 20s so i know how the trades work and these guys are the real deal. no bs and they cleaned up the yard good when they were done. highly recommend them

  Fantastic company. We recieved damage during a wind storm. Michael was very communicative and helped a ton with the insurance process. Our roof looks great!

  Recent windstorms loosened some siding on roof peak. They arrived same day within a few hours, resecured, and it was covered under warranty. Very pleased that I chose Van Martin for our roofing needs.
