  They made the entire process so easy and the work is incredible. They communicated with me every step of the way and made sure I was comfortable with the game plan. The most impressive was how quickly and professionally they worked - our entire roof was done in one day. And the cleanup was unbelievable!

  What a super experience we had getting our roof replaced as part of a insurance claim due to weather damage. This team deserves a lot of credit as they helped us navigate the not so straightforward Home insurance claim process and throughout the entire exercise no pressure whatsoever, but complete professionalism all the way to the team that installed the new roof. Highly recommend anyone looking to have roof maintenance done to their home.

  Upgrade didn’t an exceptional job. I have worked in construction for 30 years. I have seen the good ones and the bad ones and this team is top notch. From protecting the house during tear off, to great craftsmanship during the install, and impeccable clean up. The crew was fantastic.

  Dean and his crew are simply the best from start to finish getting our roofing done! Financially he beat our other bids and materials/ shingles were top of the line. They started at 6 AM and finished by 3:30/4:00. Clean up was perfect. Attention to detail and their knowledge of the business is very evident! Thanks again Upgrade.

  Dean and his team were fantastic. They provided a thorough and accurate estimate and lived up to their word. Before hiring Upgrade, we met with two of our neighbors they had worked for who were also very pleased. Dean took care of all communication with our insurance company who initially denied our claim. Highly recommend.
