Tracy Dawe is one of Lowes Installers. She did my roof. Lowes salesperson who orders the supplies for the contractors, orders way to much supplies so the contractor, Tracy Dawe, can take them with her at the end of the job, and she did. She left the back of my house unfinished. Her workers made a hole in my ceiling and broke a window that she would not come back to fix. She charged me $1,500.00 labor for a few hours work for something extra she had to do. She said if I would let her charge for it instead of Lowes it would be cheaper. Lowes will not hold their contractors responsible. My mistake was trusting her and Lowes.

We had a Warranty issue 6 years after the roof installation by Kevin and his crew. Kevin was very responsive in dispatching a crew immediately and finding and fixing the issue. Thanks Kevin, for helping us avoid a serious problem!

Kevin and his crew were incredible. They got us the exact shingles we needed for our roof and squeezed us in after we discovered a bunch of leaks and problems. Their crew did a fantastic job and left our home even better than they found it.

Kevin and team were extremely professional, prompt, and took great care of me. Kevin gave me multiple options for my roof and helped me choose the best of those options. Not only did I need a new roof, but several parts of the roof needed repair and be brought-up to current code/standards. Valley View not only made all the necessary repairs, but came back out and painted the repaired areas to match the house. I would highly recommend them to anyone needing help with their roof.

Great communication and follow-through, not things you sadly can expect anymore when working with a contractor. Exceeded expectations. Highly recommend.

Could not have ask for a better company to come out and do a couple of quick repairs. Very polite and provided details and pictures of the issues. Would highly recommend using this company!

We recently had to replace our roof. Valley Vista's cost was very competitive, and the quality of work was excellent. We especially want to commend Valley Vista's cooperation in addressing our neighbor's concerns during the work. We live in a patio home community, and our unit is attached to another resident. There were a lot of considerations that Valley Vista had to follow, and they did so extremely well.

Kevin was so kind, professional, and great to work with. He always kept me up to date on how things were going, which I really appreciated! I even had the pleasure of meeting him in person. I will definitely go to him in the future with my roofing needs. Kevin rocks!

There is nothing I love more than an expert educating his consumer! And even better, one that understands the urgency and care of a first time homeowner! He was prompt, quick, thorough, and gave me all of my options with honesty! His workers came out and repaired my roof before it rained. Very reasonable cost and a man that is good for his word! Will be using them again for my future roofing needs! Thank you so much!

Kevin and his crew were amazing to work with. They showed up on time, finished on time, and the quality of work was top notch! Communication throughout the process was thorough, which is especially comforting being an out of town property manager. Price was a great value considering all of the above!

Kevin was on top of it from day 1. Helped get ahold of the adjuster and get the project moving forward. Roof was put on in a day and looks amazing. Best part was the site clean up. They did an amazing job cleaning up. Best roofer in the game.
