The roof itself looks decent, but they "built in extra in the budget to replace rotted boards" and just put the new roof right over the rotted boards without replacing them (didn't refund that extra $$ though). Also, we had solar flood lights for safety on the front porch roof. Instead of simply unplugging the connecting wire, they cut the wire! Brian personally promised to replace the wire and took the solar collector with him. It's been 5 months. Not only have they not replaced it, but they won't return my calls and won't return my solar collector. Now I have to lay out more money to buy a whole new light, take a day off work to go replace it.

I've got a roof leak and after seeing the advertisement on TV I called Bring King 6 weeks ago and was told someone would come to give me an estimate. Nobody ever called so I called two days ago and they said someone would be there this morning. After waiting all morning I called the office and Mr. King called me back and said it would be next week before he could get anyone out there and at least another 6 weeks before they could do a repair. That's 3 months since I initially called. They may do good work, but if you can't get them there or even to call you back what's it matter. If you know a good reliable roofer I'm still looking. KC

Brian King roofing is one of the best in the business. They did a fantastic job on my house. They cleaned up everything in the yard. My roof looks excellent and I’m very happy with my choice of contractors. I would recommend them to anybody. A week after the roof was installed they did send an inspector out here just to double check everything and he said everything looked good to him. Also, everybody we deal with from Derek to Doug did an excellent job.

Tim & Chanda, thank you so much! Reviews like yours mean the world to our family and our team. Derek and Doug will be thrilled to hear they made an impression — I'll be sure to pass it along. Following up with a post-install inspection is just how we do things; we want to make sure the job is right long after the crew leaves. Thanks for trusting us with your home, and don't hesitate to reach out if you ever need anything! — Ryan King

We can not say enough good things about Brian King Roofing! They are so amazing! They went above and beyond to help us when we were dealing with a problematic Roof that was letting wild life roost and leaking water inside! I never expected them to be so personal and caring and understanding w our situation! After dealing with other companies who complained about the location of our cabin & dealing with just bandaid fixing! We were so impressed with Ryan taking time to personally go out and do an inspection & send us pictures - video calling us (as we are out of state) to help us to really understand the roof and its problems!Everyone one - Krista, Brittany, Doug, Ryan, Aaron & the crew were AMAZING! So polite caring and clean! Do not trust your roof and investment to anyone else!!! This roofing company has values and are beyond trustworthy and have their customers best interests at heart!

We just had our roof replaced by Brian King Roofing ; from the start of walking into Brian’s Shop, Krista greeted us upon arrival and laid out all of our color options for a new shingle roof & once I decided on the onyx black color, she even went the extra mile by taking the sample outside so you could see what it looked like with the sun hitting it! The Roofing crew showed up bright and early and did an excellent job and was very thorough in the cleaning up process after they were all finished. We also had them to make / install new black gutters & downspouts, the crew that came in to make / install were also great & did a fantastic job all the way around. We’re very pleased at the outcome and would definitely recommend them to anyone looking to replace their roof / gutters!

The Onyx Black was a great choice Thank you again for the recommendation , it means a lot to our entire team!

We recently had our home and detached garage metal roofs, gutters, and downspouts replaced. The house has a lot of detail work that needed to be done, and the roofers did an amazing job. They took the time to do it well. Supervisors Doug and Aaron kept us informed as the work progressed and listened carefully to concerns and requests we had. This was by no means the cheapest quote we received, but they were reasonable based on research we did for the scale of our project. We have a barn that will soon need a new roof as well and we will certainly use Brian Kind Roofing when that time comes.

  Reply from the business

Shannon, we really appreciate you sharing such a thorough review! Detail work on a project of that scale takes patience and skill, and we're proud of how the team came through for you. It's great to hear Doug and Aaron kept things running smoothly and kept you in the loop. We'll look forward to tackling that barn roof when the time comes, don't hesitate to reach out!
