  We are sorry you feel that you have had a bad experience and will continue to do all we can to help correct that for you. It is standard practice for the vent to be installed high up on the rear of the home and does not have to have full sun to operate correctly. Additionally your warranty info is on the contract you signed and if you need another copy we can send that to you. Feel free to contact us anytime with additional request.

  If I could give a negative stars I would. Legally I'm not even sure what I'm allowed to say other than buyer beware. They destroyed my life. Again due to legal agreement I cannot explain what happened with my experience. They may treat you great, I don't know. Everyone's situation is different. Know what you are getting into before signing anything. It could be the best decision you make, or the worst.

Our understanding is your insurance company has not agreed to fix some of the items you are mentioning and have claimed they were deteriorated prior to the damage from your tree.   We contacted the company to give us quote on a new roof and the salesman named Byron showed up and talked a good game and then never followed through. He literally never got back with us on a quote and this has been over two weeks ago. Not very professional in my opinion and was basically a waste of my time meeting with him and going over what we were wanting done. I guess my money wasn’t good enough for this company.

  My experience with Burell Built was fantastic from beginning to end. Jamie was my contact through the experience and she was very attentive to questions I had and was quick to either respond or find out the answer for me. There was total transparency in what was likely going to need to be repaired as well as explanation of what was defective/causing issues in my roof. The crew showed up at the time I was informed they would and were very professional. The crew did a great job of cleaning up after installation as well which I really appreciated since I have animals who roam around. There were several workers with buckets and magnets going around throughout the day to keep mess minimal. Overall the entire experience was pleasant considering this is my first home and first roof purchase, I went into it stressed and came out very relieved. Metal rusty roof before and new shingle roof put on has also made the look of the house so so so much better and brings a total different character to it that makes me enjoy looking at my home.

  Burell Built was there to save the day, when a storm sent tree limbs through our roof. Jamie was on site the SAME day to assess damage and had a crew there the very next day; to remove tree limbs, patch holes & tarp the roof. She and Brandon even worked with our insurance; to get our claim moving faster, so they could begin repairs! I cannot recommend this company enough, they will go above and beyond!

  It was such a relief to finally talk to someone in the roofing industry that would speak with clear communication and reliability. Jamie Hash at Burell Built Roofing was very easy to speak with. She was very punctual in timing, she was able to explain everything to me, and always followed through with what she said she was going to do. My experiences with her were top notch.
