  Kept leading me to believe he would do my roof, supposed to meet me on a Saturday morning, no show, no call, would not answer my texts or calls. Unreliable.

  We discussed with you that you didn’t have enough money from insurance to reroof your home. We cannot do the job for free. I also noticed you gave other roofing companies the same review. Some people you can’t satisfy.

  Will not repair a roof leak that keeps coming back

  You (Decker Home Repairs) subcontracted your job you sold to us. We installed the roof for you June 2nd 2017. The leak was on a area that was not related to the roof. Furthermore there were other issues with the home that were not related to the roof that were posing problems as well for leaking. This goes back to the builder. We no longer do your work as of 2018 and you just now decide to leave a bad review. We are sorry that you are so disgruntled but it is very unprofessional for someone to post a bad review because of personal reasons and competition. It shows your character. You should worry about your own reviews. Also adding a photo of whatever that is a month after the review doesn’t make you look any better.

  Nathan and his team showed professionalism and care when they reroofed our house and outbuilding and replaced siding and gutters. We were very happy with the excellent communication and updates due to weather conditions. His team worked hard in the hot sun and did a great job from start to cleanup.

  Valley Roofing and Siding did an AMAZING job on my home. I hired them to replace the roof on my home, and I am impressed with quality of work and the speed in which is was done! I highly recommend them, Nathan is a super nice guy who cares about your personal property and makes sure the job is done right.
