Came out. Did a great inspection last year. Very nice people. Never heard back from them. I emailed twice and called once. Never got a response. I am guessing because mine isn't an insurance job.

DONT GIVE THIS COMPANY ANY WORK. Called them after hurricane occured for my roof to be fixed. Along with my interior. They came without appointments. The contractors added shingle on top of a cracked 2x4 instead of replacing it. Also Instead of fixing my pressure cracks from the inside of my home they just wanted to retouch it with paste. Definitely go to another roofer.

Hurricane Helene hit us 27 Sept 2024 at 0605 in the morning with a big oak tree that left two punctures in our steel roof, and pots and pans catching water in two rooms. 25 Oct we had our insurance estimate to repair the north side of our roof and signed a contract with Palmetto Roofing to do the repairs. They also offered to put temporary patches on the punctured areas. 8 Nov Palmetto Roofing offered us a quote to replace the entire roofing because they now felt the original roof was improperly installed. They still had not put up the temporary patches. 27 Nov I received a response to my question of when Palmetto Roofing was going to start and was told they would not do the work unless we agreed to their quote to replace the entire roof. Still no temporary patches on the punctures. Early December we chose to sign a contract with another roofing company who completed the work within days. Pots and p

I had the pleasure of working with Kevin, very driven and professional young man, roofing crew showed up on time and with all the proper materials, I found the workers to be very knowledgeable and professional and caring of your property. They did a nice clean up of the property after the job was finished and Kevin showed up the next day to double check for nails in my yard. Pricing was fair a reasonable using high quality materials. I would definitely recommend Palmetto Roofing Specialties to family and friends or anyone else needing roofing work done. Thank you for a hassle free experience. Good Bless!

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had an excellent experience with Palmetto Roofing Specialties. From start to finish, their team was extremely professional, punctual, and detail-oriented. The quality of their work exceeded my expectations — everything was done cleanly, efficiently, and with great attention to detail. What I appreciated the most was their honesty and transparency throughout the entire process. The pricing was fair and adjusted to fit my budget without compromising quality.
