  After a severe storm, a large pine tree crashed onto our home and caused major roof damage. We had used this roofing company before, but this experience really stood out. Our family was going through a hard time financially, and when Philip heard about our situation, he stepped in right away to help. By the next morning, the fallen tree was removed, and later that same day the roof was professionally tarped to prevent more water damage and protect the attic and interior. Soon after, someone came to measure the broken window, and the rest of the repair process moved along quickly. In a short time, the roof was fully repaired, including the soffits, and everything looked solid and well finished. Throughout every stage of the job, Philip was on site making sure the roofing work was done the right way and that the cleanup and repairs met high standards. We appreciated the fast response, clear communication, and the care shown during a very stressful time. In Texas, storms and high winds can cause serious roof problems, so it meant a lot to have a roofing team that acted fast and knew how to secure the home properly. I cannot say enough good things about the service, workmanship, and support we received. They went above and beyond when we truly needed help, and I would highly recommend this roofing company for roof repair, storm damage service, tarping, and any other roofing needs.

  We’ve used this roofing team twice, and both times they did a great job. Eric was experienced, easy to talk to, and explained the roof problem in a clear way so we understood what was causing the leak. He followed up after the visit to make sure everything was taken care of and that the repair plan made sense for our home. Since our house had been remodeled before we bought it, there were some roofing issues left behind from earlier work. Eric was able to inspect the roof, spot the trouble areas, and put together a solid plan to fix the leaks we had been noticing. He also explained what parts of the roofing system needed attention and what steps would help prevent more water intrusion. With the heat and storms we get in Terrell, it really helps to have a roofer you can trust. Material and labor costs are high, so it meant a lot to work with a roofing company that was honest, fair, and not trying to oversell anything.   We had a great experience with the roofing team. We got estimates from two other roofers before making our choice, and the pricing here was very fair.   I was glad to find a roofing contractor and have Bentley handle several projects for my commercial property, starting with slate roof repair, rebuilding and replacing copper-lined wood gutter boxes, and fixing fascia and trim. Bentley and the crew were professional, experienced, and easy to work with from the first inspection and estimate through the final cleanup. They explained the scope clearly, used solid roofing and exterior repair methods, and kept the work moving smoothly. Because the first job went so well, I called Bentley and the team again for more roofing work, including rubber roof repairs, metal gutter replacement, and added exterior facade repairs on the building. Each project was completed with care and strong attention to detail, and the finished work improved both the look and function of the property. I highly recommend them for roof repair, gutter replacement, fascia and trim work, and general exterior carpentry on commercial buildings.
