Tried calling the number listed here and they answered by saying “how can I help you?” I responded “hello, is this Florentino brother roofing?” And then they hung up on me. Exact same thing twice from 2 different numbers and blocked my number. Not sure how to get service from them but not going to now.

From start to finish, I was really impressed with the professionalism during my roof replacement. Chase and Mason managed the project very well, kept everything organized, and made the whole roofing process easy to understand. The roofing crew did excellent work, paid close attention to detail, and made sure my property was clean and free of nails and debris when the job was done. Their pricing and roofing options were straightforward, honest, and easy to review. I also appreciated that they connected the vent fans properly and installed beautiful chimney flashing around my large chimney. In the Texas heat, it was great to work with a roofing team that understood proper ventilation and quality workmanship. Overall, a very smooth experience, and I would gladly hire them again for any roofing work. I wish there were more roofers and contractors like this.

The roofing crew fixed and rehung my gutters and flashing today and ended up taking care of it at no charge. At first, Douglas and Gregory let me know a repair like this could usually run around $250, but they also said they wanted to help …

i have worked with this roofing team for quite a while, and they have been great to work with. The professionalism, workmanship, and overall roof quality are top notch. If you need an honest crew to inspect your roof, explain your roofing needs, and put together a solid option that fits your budget, they can handle it all. From roof repairs and full roof replacement to roof coatings and maintenance, they offer helpful solutions without pushing work you do not need. That really stands out in the roofing industry. Instead of telling every customer to replace the whole roof, they take time to give a fair evaluation and recommend the right path based on the actual condition of the roof. Their team provides excellent service, clear communication, and dependable support from start to finish. In a hot climate like TX, it also helps to have a roofer that understands sun exposure, storm damage, ventilation, and long term roof performance. gregory and douglas were easy to work with, and chase made sure the process stayed smooth. Overall, they are honest, knowledgeable, and reliable, and i would recommend them to anyone needing roofing services.

Gregory was excellent to work with and went above and beyond. Florentino Brothers Roofing & Construction responded quickly, and he was able to come out and repair my roof the same day we spoke by phone. He was professional, respectful, and clearly knew roofing repair work very well. Within about an hour of arriving at our home in Forney, he found the roof leak and fixed it, then also sealed a few other problem spots at no extra cost. He handled the shingles and flashing with real care and paid close attention to the details, like he was working on his own roof. Since the repair, we have had several strong Texas storms and heavy rain come through, and the roof has stayed completely leak-free. I highly recommend Gregory for any roof repair or leak repair needs.

I highly recommend this roofing company. Mason was very knowledgeable, honest, and easy to talk to throughout the whole process. I got several roof estimates before this, and the others were trying to charge thousands for a small roof leak …

From beginning to end, we were very happy with Florentino Brothers Roofing & Construction. Mason was great to work with and kept us updated through the whole roofing job. He gave us a helpful list of nearby homes with different shingle colors so we could compare options and pick the right look for our house. After that, we set the install day and completed the paperwork with no stress. Gregory in the front office was excellent as well. If anything came up, he reached out right away. He also called to confirm the roof install schedule and let us know when the roofing materials would arrive. The communication stayed clear and professional the entire time, which made the whole process easy and comfortable. The roofing crew was impressive. They arrived early in the morning and finished by mid afternoon, including a full tear off and replacement. They worked fast, stayed organized, and were very respectful while on site. Even with the large size of the job, the cleanup was done extremely well. The yard looked great when they left, and it barely seemed like a major roofing project had just happened. Finding only a handful of nails after such a big tear off felt like a real bonus. The new roof looks fantastic, the shingles turned out exactly how we hoped, and the workmanship really stands out. It is clear the team takes pride in quality roofing work, strong customer service, and careful cleanup. We would absolutely recommend them to anyone needing a roof replacement or other roofing services.

This is the second time I’ve used this roofing company for shingle replacement and reroofing work. The first project was on my home in Forney and included tearing off three layers of old shingles before installing the new roof system. More recently, they reroofed two large duplexes after storm damage. Both times, the crew did excellent work, and the finished roofs look great. Everything was completed with care, the cleanup was thorough, and the property was left in very good condition. Since the work was finished, I have not found a single leak or any issue. In the Texas heat and storm season, it is important to have a dependable roofer, and this team has proven they deliver quality workmanship and reliable results.

The roofing crew was very quick to respond and easy to work with. After I noticed a leak in my older roof, I called a few roofers, and this was the only team that got back to me the same day. They came out right away, inspected the roof, and gave me a clear estimate for a full roof replacement, which I already expected was needed. They returned the next day to put a tarp over the problem area to help prevent more water from getting in, then scheduled the roofing job for the following week. The full roof replacement on both the house and garage was completed in one day, including some extra roof repairs, and the gutters were finished the next day. The price matched the estimate, and the value for the work was very good. The crew was professional, organized, and did a solid job from start to finish. In the Forney heat, it was great to have a roofing company that moved fast and protected the home before starting the full install. I would definitely use them again and recommend them to anyone needing roof replacement, roof repair, or gutter work.

After noticing a roof leak at my home in Forney, I contacted Florentino Brothers Roofing & Construction. Mason came out and did a thorough inspection, quickly finding the source of the leak and explained my choices for repair or a full roof replacement. Since my roof was pretty old, I chose to have it replaced. While Mason was checking things out, I mentioned that one of my bathrooms was always too cold. He suggested adding insulation to the attic crawlspace as part of the roofing job, which should help keep the bathroom more comfortable. I had asked other contractors about this before, but none of them offered a good solution. Now, my bathroom stays nice and warm, and the new roof looks fantastic. The whole process was smooth, the price was reasonable, and everything was cleaned up perfectly when the crew finished. I’m very happy with the results and would definitely recommend this company for any roofing needs in Forney.
