We first got in contact with Andrew Smith in December 2022 to perform a basic inspection of our roof while purchasing our home. From that point on, Andrew diligently stopped by after most hail and wind events to inspect our roof for damage. He never tried to sell us a new roof or pressure us into unnecessary work. In fact, after several inspections, he only recommended a replacement when he truly felt it was warranted. He even sealed our roof vents free of charge during one visit. I mention this because I believe it is a true testament to Andrew’s honesty, integrity, and work ethic. Eventually, we experienced a significant hail and wind event, and it was time to replace the roof. Let me tell you—we had to deal with lazy insurance adjusters for over a year and a half! Andrew’s knowledge and experience throughout the claims process, including working with a private adjuster, inspector, and umpire, were nothing short of fantastic. After a long battle, we finally got the claim approved and had the roof installed without any further issues. We are extremely happy with the final product and have peace of mind knowing that quality workmanship and high-quality materials were used on our home. There is an overwhelming number of roofing contractors in North Texas, but don’t overlook Smith Roofing. If you’re looking for honesty, expertise, and someone who will truly advocate for you throughout the process, Andrew Smith is your guy.
