I contacted this company for replacement windows as that is a service they all so provide. They never replaced any of the rotten window sills just caulked and put the windows in. Some of the screens do not fit properly in the windows and the calling is already starting to crack. I had the windows installed a week ago. When these issues were raised with the company they stated a guy had stopped by to address these issues. But I was home as well as another contractor working on another project and no actually showed. Now I am left with windows in rotten window sills, window screens that do not fit, and cracking caulk on the inside of my house. I will need to contact a different contractor to replace the rotten window sills and spend more money. I would avoid this contractor as much as possible.

It's very disappointing to receive this review, which is both malicious and incorrect. Angelo received a quote for an extensive repair project for $3,600 plus tax, which was "too expensive" compared to his very misguided online research. Also, he did not speak with an owner. After leaving us a 1-star review, he went on to leave a 1-star review for another roofer for "trying to sell him a new roof" instead of giving him a quote for a repair like we did. I highly encourage the reader to click on Angelo's name to read some of his 42 reviews. The majority are barely legible 1-star reviews and photos of toilets, fast food restaurants, weed shops, doctors' offices, and hospitals. Some of our favorites are a review of a dentist, "he put a hole that goes in my nose now when I drink or eat it gets in my nose," and a 1-star review of a grilled cheese restaurant, "40 dollars for grilled cheese hotdog fries soda." It's a shame that this entertainment cost our hard working team a 1-star review.

Should be, "Utica Ripoff Pros", because of the fact that I was Overcharged by this company (to state the very least), when in need of a Tarp on an Area of Roofing in February of '22. They charged me slightly under $1,360.00 for that. While …

After reading many reviews online, I hired Utica Roof Pros to replace my roof. They began working in a light rain. I went to work and came home to find several puddles inside my home with damage to the ceiling in multiple rooms. They offered a very small discount to the price of the job. Roof itself looks good, but just make sure it isn't a rainy day when they come to work on your house.

John, thank you for your feedback. We appreciate you noting how good your new roof looks, and we agree! We take weather very seriously, and therefore don't schedule any roof replacements on days with expected rain. After all, if any damage … More

These guys are the best, hands down. My son, daughter and neighbor have used Utica Roof Pros in the past. This is the second roof they have done for me. Highly recommend. Josh, Mike and their crew are a pleasure to deal with. All professionals. The driveway and yard were spotless when the crew left.

We were very happy with the superior quality of the repairs done to our roof. The roofers were very respectful of the property and did everything in a timely and professional manner. They also did a great job of cleaning up all the debris. During the whole process, the lead roofer communicated clearly and professionally about what was happening and how they would proceed with the repairs. I would definitely recommend them for future roofing needs.
