The critical reviews
The one and two-star reviews, first. These are what a star average hides, and they are the reason this page exists.
We hold no one or two-star review text for Usher Roofing Systems Ltd. That is not the same as there being none — it means our capture did not reach any. The rating breakdown above is Google’s own count and is the number to go on.

From start to finish Frank, Terry, and the crew were outstanding. These guys demonstrated professionalism throughout and stood out amongst the others I had quote my roof. Frank meticulously looked over my old roof and provided sound solutions to what my roof needed. They were professional and respectful to my property, cleaned up nails and debris everyday. I would not hesitate to use them in the future as I am extremely satisfied with my new roof. Real genuine people. Thank you to the Usher Team.

We just had our roof replaced by Terry and his guys they went above and beyond our expectations. I'd definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a new roof. Probably the best customer service I have seen in a long time. It's getting harder and harder to find reliable contactors theses days don't look any further usher is your company.

Terry and his crew replaced our roof this past summer, during the intense heat wave. They were very professional and dedicated to their work. We absolutely love the new roof, Terry pointed out several problem areas that were anticipated and more work was found to be necessary, but he did his best to keep the pricing fair and reasonable. I highly recommend this company. Professional, efficient, reliable and left our property cleaned up. Thank you Terry for the amazing job!!

Where this page comes from
Every figure above is Google’s, captured on 24 September 2026. The star average and the 9 ratings behind it are counted by Google across all of its reviews. The review text on this page is a sample — we hold 9, of which 6 have any text — and it is not everything Google shows.
Roof Warden does not verify licenses, bonds, insurance or workers’ compensation cover, and nothing on this page should be read as though we had. Confirm those directly with the contractor and with your state or provincial licensing body before you hire anyone.
There is not much data on Usher Roofing Systems Ltd. A short record here means our capture found little — not that there is nothing to find, and not that the business is new or inactive.
