Unfortunately I have to edit my review I posted last year. I called 9 months ago for a leak repair. They were responsive and came over right away to fix the leak. It was a skylight flashing that needed to be repaired. It started to leak again 2 weeks ago. I called and asked them to come by and repair it again. I was told they would call me back same day, or next day at the latest and come by on the weekend to repair it again. I didn't hear back, so I called again and spoke with them a 2nd time, again told I would be called back and they'd book me in for a repair, no call back. 2 calls and conversations, no return calls. I was willing to pay for the repair again and didn't expect it to be covered by a warranty. I called another Roofer. He came over right away and fixed the leak. I'm disappointed and surprised they never got back to me.

We recently had our residential roof replaced by A & B Roofing in Nanaimo, and the entire experience exceeded our expectations from start to finish. Nicolas went above and beyond throughout the entire project. His communication was outstanding, keeping us informed every step of the way, and his project management ensured everything stayed on schedule without any surprises. It's refreshing to work with someone who genuinely cares about both the quality of the work and the customer experience. The roofing crew was incredibly professional, arrived on time every day, worked efficiently, and showed great attention to detail. What really stood out was how clean they kept our property and they thoroughly cleaned up at the end of each day, making the whole process as stress-free as possible. The finished roof looks amazing, and the quality of workmanship is second to none. If you're looking for a reliable, honest, and professional roofing company for a roof replacement in Nanaimo or Central Vancouver Island, I highly recommend A & B Roofing. Their commitment to quality, customer service, and professionalism truly sets them apart.
