I have know Brian Delaney, Owner of US 1 roofing for years. He has always been a man of integrity. Brian runs his business with the same integrity and attention to detail you would hope all Roofers would have. Brian's roofing crews are experienced and the installation process is quick and clean. They are careful not to leave roofing nails in the yard or driveway. If you are looking for a quality roof. US 1 roofing and repairs is a name you can trust.

I usually don’t leave reviews, but here I am . Communication levels were above And beyond my expectations . Everything Bryan spoke to me about the full replacement of my roof. He broke it down to me in a very Easy way for me to understand. We picked the colored shingle he explained to me the underlayment . After the build They were very thorough with cleaning up couldn’t find not one nail or piece of paper from the construction in my yard or the neighbors. As a realtor with 11 years of experience, I’ve referred US One Roofing multiple times, and they’ve consistently delivered outstanding service. They’ve completed several roofs and repairs for my sellers, and while they’re not always the cheapest or the most expensive, they are fair and transparent—showing up when they say they will and doing exactly what they promise. Brian is an outstanding roofer with great character, and I trust him completely. If you’re in need of a roof, I highly recommend US One Roofing. They’re dependable, professional, and honest.

🌪️ Storm came through yesterday… and guess who needs a screen repair? 😂 Mother Nature doesn’t always pick on the roof. Sometimes she decides the pool screen looks like a better target. 🤦‍♂️ Just a little reminder after a strong storm: take a walk around your property and see what Mother Nature left behind.
