  The salesman that came to my parents house right after Hurricane Ian was super unprofessional. Left us feeling very uneasy and like we were just another sale!

  The most horrible contractor experience of my 68 years on this planet. There is a miriad of unfinished work that they refuse to fix and/or complete after two try's. They are very aware that the county inspectors will not go on to the roof to give a proper inpection because of insurance reasons, so they know that they can get away with not getting a real inspection of their work and materials. I have documented everything and the proper authorities will be notified.

  Vicki: First of all please accept our sincere apology. We will make sure we reprimand the crew involved. It is too bad you did not take the time to call our office at the first sign of annoyance as we would have been able to deal with the situation immediately. Instead you chose to take the time to post a 1 star review aimed at our entire Company with 5 branches across Florida (we must be doing something right) over 1 roofing crew who had a bad case of judgement. Again, our apologies for the discomfort caused you and your family.

  We installed your grandmothers roof over a year ago and there were no complaints in regards to work done. Here is what this 1 star review is really about. Our Melbourne Branch Manager was at a customers house and noticed that across the street Shane McCaslin, working for another roofing company was installing the old ridge vents on a new roof. When our representative asked him why he would do that he stated there is nothing wrong with them. Our representative showed his customer what they were doing and also took a picture. This customer then showed the neighbor across the street, who called the owner of said company. The owner of said company, apologized to our representative and stated that he had just fired Shane McCaslin. If you continue to post false allegations, we will have no choice but to seek legal action as we take our reputation seriously.

  Hi Egle: It is apparent that you are having many roof issues seeing that you are comparing us to every roof company in your area. Our records show that you in fact signed a contract with us and then called in 3 weeks later to cancel stating you found someone cheaper. We are not the cheapest in town and never will be. To be honest, your estimate was not for $2,000 it was for $2,750 as there was a lot more damage done to your home than a few panels after the storm. We advise you not to enter into signed contracts if your intent is to cancel. We have not enjoyed our growth over the years by being dishonest. You requested a release from your contract of which we obliged.

  When my insurance company informed me that I needed a new roof or my policy would be canceled, I was filled with fear and trepidation. I got 10 estimates for the project and thankfully, I hired Suncoast Roofing as my contractor. Chris was my “go to” guy and got all my questions answered. The project started and ended on time and on budget. The permit was given, the old roof was torn off and quickly disposed of and the new roof looks fantastic. My friends and neighbors are extremely impressed-with the process, the professionalism and with the impressive final product. My roof is truly a standout in my neighborhood. I highly recommend Suncoast Roofing and know you will be just as impressed (and relieved) as I am! And please tell them that “Harriet sent you!”

  I would recommend Sun Coast Roofing to any one looking to have a roof replaced. Chris and his team were awesome. Chris is very professional and easy to talk to. The workers are very hardworking and deserve to be praised for their punctuality and cleanliness. My roof looks awesome. Way to go Chris.

  We had a great experience with our roof replacement. Chris's knowledge and experience made it easy to choose Sun Coast Roofing. He was hands on every step of the way. The crew of 4/5 were polite and respectful during their visit. During their breaks they would sit under our big oak tree, never leaving any trash laying around. No loud music blasting throughout the neighborhood. They replaced our roof in 3.5 days in mid 90 degree temperatures. Well done guys. Thanks, mp

  New roof and gutters in near to the beach house. The project involved removing and replacing solar panels, shutting down a wood chiminey, and new gutters. All was done in the order and timing that was promised. Would recommend them.
