  Horrible service! Very disappointed regarding our roof installation completed in July 2022 by Blueline Roofing. During the initial installation, a significant leak occurred over our porch during a rainstorm. Although the team assured us at the time that the issue would be resolved once the project finished, this has not been the case. Following a rainstorm two weeks ago, our porch was completely flooded. We have made multiple attempts to resolve this directly and were open to working toward a solution, but we have received no response. To help resolve this, we even contacted the sales consultant who handled our project; however, this also resulted in no response. Lastly, I most recently left another voicemail this week requesting a call back. No response. Due to the urgency of the issue, we will now have to hire another roofing company to correct this problem. As a business in the construction industry ourselves, we find this level of non-responsiveness and failure to stand behind the completed work completely unacceptable.

  Their after the sale service is terrible. Can't get ahold of anyone and it seems their good employees are no longer employed there. It appears all the good reviews are a year or more ago. Apparently they have gone downhill.

  We are doing work for a customer that put down a 50% deposit on a roof over 25,000. They are elderly and were clearly taking advantage of. Now blue line and Jacob won't call anybody back and appears to have just kept the money.

  This past November I called blue line because the new ac unit wasn't heating for the winter time it's February already and they never gotten back to me without to mention all the mess and struggles with this company ILL NEVER EVER RECOMMEND YOU, this is going all over Facebook I have pictures and text messages saved.

  Installed our roof 5 years ago and it has already been leaking in many areas, metal cap had been drilled into, terrible slope on the flat roof so the water was pooling. When we reached out about warranty they told us the warranty voids after the first hurricane storm which is bull crap when you live in Florida. Then when we continued to call and try to get help fixing it they just completely ghosted us and I’m guessing blocked us. Definitely don’t recommend.

  We are sorry to hear about your roof issues. Unfortunately, with your roof being installed 5 years ago it has been exposed to several hurricanes since then, and our warranty states that as a condition that voids the warranty. This is a common condition among all roofing company warranties in Florida, not just Blue Line Roofing. The solution to your problem is to follow the claims process with your insurance company for the damages as they are likely due to one of several hurricanes that affected your area.

  Blue line Roofing did a great job with my roof. They took down the panels and the satellites and put them back on. Roof looks amazing. Edgar and David were very helpful with getting my project taken care of. Strongly recommend this company to anyone who needs good honest work.
