  Toitures Montréal came on a Monday when the roof was completely covered in snow because they were in my area and had promised to blow the snow away to determine which shingles needed replacing. Since the snow was melting, it couldn't be blown away completely, and the repair was only done in the areas I had specified. However, I had asked them to come the next day because the forecast was for 12°C, and even by the end of the day they worked, the snow had completely melted. So I asked them to come back for a brief visual inspection after the snow melted, and no one showed up for the next three weeks. Then, there were winds, and I lost another shingle right next to the area that had been repaired. I had to find another company urgently, and they arrived two hours after my call, on a Saturday no less. Although the initial repair by Toitures Montréal was done correctly, I will not be doing business with them again. Thank you.

Despite a very busy winter period for all roof snow removal companies, we understand that the situation wasn't ideal. However, as we told you, the snow prevented a complete inspection during our first visit. Nevertheless, we carried out the most urgent repairs based on the instructions you provided, and we did so very quickly. Furthermore, we answered your numerous calls day, night, and weekends, which clearly demonstrates our commitment. We also mentioned that as soon as one of our teams passed through your area and the snow had melted, they would proceed with a complete inspection. However, it seems that this wasn't sufficient for you. You must understand that we have delays during busy periods, and therefore we cannot always send a team immediately. We are sorry that our service did not meet your expectations.
