If I could give zero, that would be my rating. We were commissioned to file a report on the cause of the water infiltration, which took two weeks to get, and they've pushed back the date again because it needs to be cleaned up in two weeks!!! Almost three weeks to have the line hung up on. No thanks, never again.

  Reply from the business

Hello Mr. Martel, We simply believe that things should be done properly. As a company that respects itself and its clients, we don't want to draft our appraisal reports (reports that can end up in the hands of lawyers, insurance companies, etc.) via GPT chat, as you strongly recommended in the hope of saving time... That said, we hope you found someone who provided you with the report you wanted!

Note corrected with the addition of lack of responsiveness and delay; the company took more than 18 months to reply.

After three service calls to check for a leak following roof replacement, there's still no visit in three weeks. Not good after-sales service.

Good price, and they even went above and beyond what I asked for, without any extra charges. Excellent, I highly recommend them.

Excellent company, I highly recommend them. I did business with the father, Jean-François, more than 20 years ago; the son has taken over the business. Careful and clean work.

As a roofing consultant, I've had the opportunity to observe the professional work of the president for several years, as well as that of his teams who carry out the work meticulously and efficiently. I recommend Projal Inc. for all your roofing needs.

Excellent work, 34 ft x 32 ft flat roof. The invoice matched the quote, and the work was left clean upon completion. The employees were very respectful and courteous. :-) Thank you

Toitures Projal redid the flat roof of my duplex in the summer of 2025. Work well done (white canvas), clean and in accordance with the quote.

I had my flat roof and small rear roof redone with shingles despite poor communication between the two parties regarding the small rear roof; they came back to finish the work, so I appreciate this gesture.

We had an extension built onto our house with an elastomeric roof and we are very happy with the work done by Toitures Projal. Thank you to your team!
