  I bought a house (through a foreclosure) with a roof that needed repairs. This company replaced the shingles knowing full well that the house would continue to leak because the roof was too thin at the end of the house. They should have installed a membrane under the shared wall, but the previous owner refused to pay the extra cost. As a roofing company, I believe they shouldn't have accepted the job, as they are not honoring their own waterproofing guarantee. I called them to come and assess the damage, and the technician didn't even come up on the roof. He advised me to install heating cables, which he said would solve the problem.

  Mr. Patrick, I don't understand your comment. We came to give you a quote to remove your damaged retaining wall cladding. Furthermore, we explained that it's impossible to install a membrane on the wall without removing the cladding. You refused the quote because it was too expensive for you. Therefore, I find your comment unjustified, especially since you were the one who refused the work. You say we didn't go up on the roof, but we came twice, and I have photos of the retaining wall taken from the roof, so I think your memory is playing tricks on you. So, when you're ready to have the work done, don't call me because we're not interested in working for you. If it's a hidden defect, you can always contact the previous owner.

The location we chose to park our trucks wasn't random. We needed to anticipate the arrival of the crane truck for the delivery of 260 bundles of shingles and the necessary equipment.   DO NOT WORK WITH THIS CONTRACTOR UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES. I had two major water leaks within two years of having my new roof installed. In both cases, Toiture DL Mat failed to honor their warranty. We had to pay for the repairs ourselves. BEWARE: the roof warranty is not transferable with this contractor (one wonders why?).

  No after-sales service whatsoever. And they're not responsible for anything. I was even told by some little twit, "Are you going to hold us responsible if our lawn doesn't grow?" Don't worry, he didn't show up to come and see about his mistakes, but I'll definitely give him a piece of my mind!

  Very absent minded, needed to be reminded of things that were agree on in the scope of work during installation. Left tons of metal screws and shavings in the yard was well as scraps of the old roof that we are still cleaning. The there was a leak within the first 4 months of installation for reasons I would expect a professional roofer to have foreseen and made the necessary installations to prevent. Very unsatisfied with post installation service and communications as well.

  The sales representatives inspire confidence when it comes time to do business with them and sign the contract. However, if there's a problem with the work done, the after-sales service is very poor. You have to make numerous calls or send several emails before getting an appointment. Furthermore, there's no follow-up to confirm customer satisfaction. It's best to be present during the work to ensure everything is up to standard. Otherwise, it will be difficult to get the work corrected later if there are any defects!

  I have been doing business with this contractor for several years, primarily with Gabriel, and I recommend him without hesitation. I first used their services in 2022 to replace my roof. Subsequently, they came during the winters of 2023 and 2024 to remove snow and ice from the roof. A design flaw (the absence of a soffit on the front facade) was causing significant ice dams. Thanks to his numerous visits, Gabriel took the time to thoroughly analyze the situation and proposed innovative solutions to address the root cause of the problem. His expertise, competence, transparency, and humility make him a trustworthy contractor. I highly recommend his services to anyone looking for a reliable and dedicated professional.
