  The experience as a whole was more than frustrating. We were told Jae would be onsite, which did not happen. There were missing materials, we had to wait to finish the job. We went through insurance as there was wind damage and our siding was ripped off and cracked all over. We were given a quote, agreed to the price and paid with the money from insurance on top of our deductible which started on Thanksgiving Day. 4 months after the job was completed, we get an email stating we owe $864 more dollars and we "can pay with the stimulus money" we were getting, or he would put a lien on our home. When my husband spoke to him, he told us the extra materials were sent back to the distributor, and the money from them was placed as a credit to Jae's account with them. This to me is essentially stealing from us and still charging us for all materials. We never recieved an invoice with due date or itemized list of ANYTHING, and didnt even know we owed anymore money. We have been threated and disrespected and he still had the nerve to ask for a referral. I WOULD NOT RECCOMEND JAE JOHNSON OR REVIVE ROOFING TO ANYONE. This whole process and after has been nothing but a headache and now we are scrambling to get money together for bills. This man and company are a joke and this is NOT how you do business.

  Our company takes great pride in attention to detail, exceeding customer’s expectation, provide Integrity and Quality work during and upon completion. Mr & Mrs. Barnett were thoroughly excited that we worked on their behalf with their insurance company and provide them a full siding replacement at a fraction of the cost. In addition, they signed the agreement stating that they were completely satisfied with the job completed. Normally, with any job, I am personally onsite multiply times during construction process to ensure we are providing the best experience possible. Although, on rare occasions this may not happen due to other obligations. However, a representative, Chief Operating Officer Pete T. was onsite and made several trips to their home on behalf of myself. In regards to time line of job being completed. During this time of Pandemic with Covid 19 there was and currently is a supply and damage issue. Manufacturing Plants were shut down or production to a minimum due to restrictions of workers that can occupy a space. Manufacturers made decisions to downsize and limit certain selections of vinyl siding colors to choose from. We went to great lengths to acquire the material and had to special order their product after several times had to change color selection and upgrades for the homeowner. All price differences were provided to the homeowner and well aware of the change order and cost difference. In the home remodeling business, we rely on suppliers for accuracy of the ordering materials. Our supplier did short the order but sent one of their representatives out with the discrepancy of materials. In addition, we always over order supplies waste factors and to ensure that we are not short of materials during a job which could hold up workers and production.   A tree branch fell on my roof and damaged it while my house was under contract and set to close in a few days. Revive was able to come out and repair the roof and gutter quickly and for a great price. I had already moved out of state, but Tyler and Jae communicated great and made the process simple for me.   Revive Roofing replaced our roof after the massive wind storm that rolled through Ohio. From the start, Jae was very knowledgeable and helpful. Tyler was our project manager. He did a great job communicating. Even when we had a couple hiccups with some fascia replacement, he took care of it asap and made sure everything was done 100% to our liking. They also did all the communication with insurance, which took away that stress. Thanks Revive! Would absolutely recommend this locally-owned company!

  We had a great experience with the Revive Team. The owner Jae and his entire team are professional and truly care about doing an amazing job. They follow up and make sure every last detail is done to perfection. Very impressed with how they come back very next day to do final touch up and get the project completed. We had the pleasure of working with Tyler who not only does great work but is very friendly and truly cares about getting the job done like it was his own home. Well done and much appreciated.   Revive Roofing LLC provided exceptional service in our ordeal with our insurance company. We had not 1 residence with storm damage, but 2. They dealt with the insurance companies and when all was said and done, repaired 1 and replaced the other. The office team provided wonderful assistance. We were always kept in the loop and our roofs were repaired beautifully. The roofing team took wonderful care of the properties and did exceptional work in blistering weather conditions. I would not hesitate at all in recommending Revive Roofing.

  I received a quote from Revive Roofing that was comparable to 2 out of 3 of the other quotes I received. They offered an extended warranty on the shingle manufacturer they work with. The only reason I didn't use them was because one of the other companies worked with the shingle manufacturer I needed to match what was on another structure and they offered an extended warranty on that shingle.I thought their pricing was fair. I would have no problem recommending them to anyone else.

  I needed to know whether my roof needed replaced or repaired and revive was one of two companies that showed up out of the five that I reached out to. The first Co. was adamant. We needed to get our roof replaced even though we did not agree with that assessment. Revive came in and said that repairing it was the most logical choice and they did a great job and we’re really quick. Happy with the service.

  Revive roofing just replaced our 23 year-old roof. We are very pleased with the whole process . They responded quickly to my initial call. Setup appt and Jae (owner) arrived promptly at set time. Communication was great. He did a thorough inspection of the roof and answered all questions. We received very fair pricing information and Jae came back out with samples of everything they would be using for a new roof. Also, we had an issue On the front porch roof portion which needed to be addressed and again fair pricing and complete information. A crew came out a couple days before the roof was to be installed to raise the left side roof area post 3 1/2 inches on the porch. They did an amazing job and explained exactly what they were doing. The day the roof was to be installed, which was this past Wednesday they arrived on time and began work immediately. The supervisor Tyler was also there at least a couple times during the day and sent pictures of progress and kept me updated. They finished the roof in one day and on Thursday Tyler and the crew came back for review and some minor cosmetic fixes. Everything was completed as I had asked, the crew was great cleaning up and very friendly and hard workers and even nailed in a piece of siding that was loose for us along with adjusting the gutter on front. The quality and care taken by Revive Roofing is outstanding! Working with Jae and Tyler made this process so easy! Definitely happy to give Revive Roofing five stars!
