  At first I thought this company was going to great. The guys that did the roof was awesome, they did a great job. Once they finished they cleaned up everything without any problems. The painters did an awesome job in the inside. The communication started off amazing but at the end it turned bad. Things was quoted to me at a lower price but once the job was completed they increased the price. They didn’t keep their word, and for me your word is everything to me.

  I worked with Parker with up to date roofing and just had my roof replaced. He was great to work with and explained everything thoroughly as we worked through the processes from initial inspection all the way through the install. They were also very quick on turn around time for the install and the installation itself was done in less than a day. No complaints at all with the service and happy with how it turned out.

  Very friendly, fast and honest. If I need a repair in the future, for sure I will be calling them. Luth and James were great making sure we were covered before more rain comes through. Very much appreciated!

  Highly recommend Up To Date Roofing & Construction. Luth came to my house on a Sunday and gave me a full analysis of my roof. Additionally, he inspected my down spouts and gutters and my AC Unit. Always polite / professional and on time. Call Luth! You will not be disappointed.

  James and his team are exceptional. James ensures you will get the best deal by working closely with the adjuster and makes sure they will pay for everything that deserves to be covered. Our adjuster was initially not covering the AC replacement for hail damage but he persisted over many weeks and finally got them to take care of it. Now I have a nice roof with good workmanship and a new AC, much better than the older AC. The house feels much colder now. James is a pleasure to work with and he is very flexible. If you need any adjustments he will accommodate it as long as it is reasonable. This was my best experience working with a roofing company.

They didn’t just complete a roofing job — they transformed our home. From a full roof project to a custom bathroom redesign, pool tile work, and several extremely detailed and complicated repairs that other contractors wouldn’t even touch (including a very challenging ceiling issue inside our home), they handled everything. No job was too big, too small, or too complex. When unexpected issues came up — and there were plenty — they calmly figured out solutions and executed them flawlessly. I want to specifically recognize James and Colby. Their attention to detail is on another level. They would proactively walk the property scanning for imperfections — things most contractors would overlook — and make sure every single detail was handled properly. That level of care is rare. Even with all the curveballs during the project, we still came in under budget and they finished ahead of schedule. That almost never happens in construction.   I have been a homeowner for 40 years and have employed dozens of contractors. James Roidt at Up to Date Roofing is the best contractor I have ever worked with. He goes above and beyond in every way: working with the insurance company, keeping the customer informed, quality of service, service after the sale (as it were), assurance of satisfaction, and standing beyond the work in the short, medium and long term. He has also helped me find ways to underwrite jobs that I had not considered. All this is done in a kind, honest, and patient manner. I give him and his company my highest level of recommendation.

  The team at Up To Date Roofing made the roof replacement experience a breeze. From the initial inspection through the roof replacement, the team made sure we were well taken care of. On the day of the roof replacement the team showed up promptly at 7am ready to go. They knocked out the job by 4pm and left the property cleaner than they found it. Overall great work and communication through the entire process.
