Pirate Roofing & Exteriors

The only one or two-star review we hold for Pirate Roofing & Exteriors.

Sending my request to a sub-contractor and having him call me back a month after I called to place the initial request is not a great way to start earning my business. I guess they focus more on entire roof replacements rather than repairs since that's where most of the $$ is.

Pirate roofing has served me in my last two homes over 30 plus years. Sometimes I just need a handful of shingles replaced, other times caulking around chimneys and vents. They even completely rebuilt my current chimney. Most recently, …

If you’re looking for a roofing company that is experienced, honest, and knows how to get the job done right, I highly recommend Pirate Roofing. Jonathan and his team have been serving this community for years, and their reputation is well deserved. Whether it’s a residential roof, commercial project, repair, full replacement, or new construction, they have the knowledge and experience to handle it professionally. One area where they really stand out is insurance claims. They understand the process, know what insurance companies are looking for, and do an excellent job helping property owners navigate inspections, documentation, and approvals. If you’ve experienced storm damage or aren’t sure whether your roof qualifies for a claim, Pirate Roofing is a great company to call first. They also offer gutters, window screens, roof inspections, and detailed reports, making them a valuable resource for homeowners, property managers, real estate professionals, and business owners alike. What I appreciate most is that Jonathan takes care of business and stands behind his work. He is knowledgeable, responsive, straightforward, and genuinely wants to help his customers make the right decision rather than simply selling a roof. In an industry where trust matters, Pirate Roofing has earned mine. If you need an inspection, repairs, help with an insurance claim, or a complete roof replacement, I would not hesitate to recommend them. Give Jonathan a call—you’ll be glad you did.

Our former real estate agent suggested Pirate Roofing to us. She had given us excellent recommendations in the past. Pirate Roofing was another outstanding referral. The entire process was professional, direct, and anxiety-free. The repair …

Always wonderful and always trustworthy. Always easy to schedule appointments and very timely. They repaired my metal roof where others did not even want to touch it. Experience with all roof types. Communication is superb.

Jon and his team did a great job replacing one of our broken whilybirds. They were out the next day and replaced very quickly at a reasonable price. They inspected our roof while they were here and found no issues. Highly recommend.

Needed a section of soffit boards repaired/replaced. Jon was quick to respond. Came out reviewed and provided an estimate. Maybe a little high, I don't know for sure, but worth it to me. Note: I did try to get other estimates from other …

I had some loose fascia on the roofline due to wind, and called Pirate roofing--who had done previous excellent work for me. They sent someone out right away to repair the fascia so the wind couldn't do more damage. They always do excellent work at a reasonable price and I count on them.

Jon Park and Pirate Roofing are the BEST! In 2016 my roof was damaged and replaced by Pirate Roofing. Jon told me I was the first person to text him when hail damaged my roof once again in March 2025. Pirate Roofing (and Jon) were out to cover my broken skylight the next day. It has been a great pleasure doing business with Pirate Roofing and I highly recommend this very professional business to anyone needing their services. I know they have a "very satisfied customer" in me.
